  1. My Corsair Void Pro Wireless works pretty well most of the time but has an annoying habit of not working when I play YouTube videos in Firefox. Sometimes, YouTube videos play fine in Firefox but other times, I have to play them in Chrome or other browsers. I'd like to fix this but don't know how. I am running Windows 10 and have the latest firmware and software for the headset. A reboot of Windows sometimes fixes the problem but not always. Does anyone have ideas on why my problem is (apparently) limited to Firefox and why it is intermittent?
  2. For what it's worth, the headset is working again. I noticed that there was a Windows update available for .NET and installed it just in case it might help, which forced another reboot. After that second reboot, my headset started working again. The X in the red circle is gone and the dongle LED is lit again. I can hear videos again. The fact that I needed to reboot TWICE just to make this bizarre problem go away does NOT please me. By the way, now that iCue can "see" the headset again, I see that my firmware was current at v0.15 and my software was a bit out-of-date at 3.18.77; I'm updating to 3.20.80 as I write this.
  3. I bought this Void Pro RGB Wireless SE a few months back and, starting a few minutes ago, Windows 10 no longer sees it. I have all of my audio devices disabled except the headset mostly because I simply don't use them. I have an X in a red bubble beside the speaker symbol on my task bar and clicking on it only reveals my disable devices but not my Corsair headset. I tried rebooting Windows but that didn't help. My Windows 10 version is 1903 and has been at that level for a few weeks. I use it Monday to Thursdays for work so I need it working again urgently The headset seems to charge and I hear beeps when I turn it on or off via the headset controls and when I raise and lower the microphone but the dongle LED is not turning on now. It was working fine before I went to dinner but when I came back, I found the audio gone and the X in the red circle beside the speaker icon. Icue sees no device. I wish I could say this device has been trouble-free until now but I'd be lying. This is actually the second of the same headset I've had; I had to return the first one within a few days of buying it. This one has worked considerably better but has had lots of little issues where I'd have to fiddle with it to make it work again. I've always been able to coax this one to work eventually though, until this evening. I've updated the software and firmware regularly and was up to date as of a few weeks ago when I last checked. I'd really like to get this working again as soon as possible if anyone has any suggestions rather than having to run to the store again tomorrow to exchange it yet again, Can anyone suggest anything I can try?
  4. I'm having issues that are possibly related but much worse: mine won't charge at all. It's a new Corsair Void Pro RGB Wireless Premium Gaming Headset with Dolby Headphone 7.1. (Not sure what the model number is.) I've had the headset for a couple of weeks and like it. I use it for work - at a small call centre - and it worked fine yesterday. Today, it wouldn't turn on despite being on the charging cable overnight. Even now, after a full day of charging it is completely dead. iCue says "Status/Battery: not connected". I've tried a different USB port but that didn't change anything. The LED doesn't come on to indicate charging, the lighting in the ear pieces (Corsair logo) is off and the earpieces don't make a peep when I press the power button. Is there anything I can do to help myself here or do I need to exchange it at the store? It's still within the 30 day return warranty period.
