I have the same issue - works most of the time but will randomly stop in the same part of the chain. I've swapped 2 already so will now be swapping the 3rd pack!

I seem to have the same issue as mentioned in this thread. Had the LS100 set for a few weeks, then one strip stopped working no matter how I set the whole system up. Sent off for a swap and the new ones are doing the same thing - now 2 strips are not working. Perhaps it's a hardware issue? Has anyone found any other fixes? Total shame considering the price

So it's February 2020 and the issue continues. Software off for RAM, static colour only, mouse polling rate low - I've tried it all.

Any updates on this? I've had the issue for months and each ICUE update doesnt seem to do anything :(
