Hi, im using H100iPRO but recently found out the built in temps seem very cool temp like around slightly above room temps and didn't trigger to speed up the fans even my CPU 100% full load at 72c and above rising. Is it my unit got fault temps sensor is it normal it stay around 38.4c ?? or is icue software got issue using version 3.29.110? please help anyone
  2. Hi Corsair team, Anyone can help me as im can't click on enable full software control or update firmware as it keep showing red triangle error ... often it cant detect my ram in icue software. i already update to latest icue version, please help and provide solution.
  3. thank you kelvin, finally someone pick my ticket but that corsair staff request me to try the paper clip test :eek: and seem need more info about the issue before can approved my RMA. But after i reply him some one from escalation team take over the ticket and approved the RMA but then another issue here they need to ship back to taiwan and the shipping expense bear by me as youre aware PSU + module cable + box all add up very heavy and bulky it will cost me alot just for the shipping charges . Do you guys have other option or solution over this like return to my home country Malaysia ?

  7. From my observation it might not due to the fans problem as fans test the fans was pass it will spins during the test ... as it might be the electronics circuity board that control the fans that have problems.
  8. Hi kelvin, thank you for you recommendation and advise yes indeed i run 3D benchmark and try to load the PSU but no matter how i try i can't budge the fans to spin. Or do you have any recommendation freeware / trial software for me to try another round. The reasons i compare with RM1000i is that i understand RM1000i also have ZeroRPM feature but i manage to make it spins under certain circulation. That screenshot is i taken during everything idle time and Im even try to set the temp below the certain to trigger the fans to spin also it wouldn't work but i notice something is that weird when ever i boot up to restart i can see the fans like spark spins meaning it like move abit not even full round 360degree spins. just a jerking spin.   10. I think my PSU fans got problem as didn't have constant spin at all. zero RPM .
  11. Yes, i did click you can refer to picture attached. Im even check on the actual fans by reverse the PSU position the fans wouldn't spin no matter what i did even on full load or high temp.
  12. i had update to latest iCUE version 3.16.56 still the same the fans wouldn't spin. Im using USB cable to connecting to motherboard USB header. im even try on notifications tab set ( ( when temp value is ) to value below the PSU temps to trigger the fans spin 100% but also no use it wouldn't spin at all. Does the it something wrong with the PSU?
  13. im using corsair iCUE version 3.15.101 under performance tabs create custom1 profiles and set fixed % to control the fans RPM speed. Im set it to 100% is should spin maximum speed but surprisingly it show 0 RPM . Currently i have another corsair RM1000i PSU and do the same setting it spin as expected. Please help
  14. Hi forumer, Want to ask you guys is it normal if set speed to fixed 100% it should show some RPM but however my issue here my PSU shown 0 RPM even i set it manually. But i test it using external button to test the fans by connect AC power cord only it will spin but very slow and weak, is this normal or my PSU really got problem?? kindly advise and help thank you.:[pouts:
