I think it stopped for me when it was wired, as I think it switches from the wireless protocol at that point. Can't check as I hit a dead end with support and decided to return it. Shame as I liked the ergonomics of the mouse, but the wireless performance is rubbish.

Registered here to follow this issue, I'm having the exact same problem every couple of minutes. And I'm noticing it using Windows normally, not just in games. The wireless receiver is positioned on the desk in front of it, if it was any closer it would basically be a wired mouse. Firmware says it's v3.08. Is there a fix incoming for this?
