  1. After a month of receiving rather infrequent support which did not solve the problem at all I decided to return all of my Corsair equipment and even the RAM kits. I was really looking forward to the new K100 but considering that iCUE is such a mess I decided to take some distance. I hope you will get a hold on the problems iCUE is causing in the future. Unfortunately the best hardware which I think you really provide cannot be top notch if the actual companion software is that bad..
  2. Considering I run a i7 9700K should that really affect my rig to the point that even the videos playing in the Battle.net launcher or even just it's UI effects shutter? Unfortunately closing iCUE does not do the trick for me as all settings on the mouse even the DPI are reset. Also the mouse and my ST100 drop their profiles for the lighting and switch back to the preset rainbow crap. The RAM is unfortunately also set up with full software control so that does not work either. This is just frustrating.. EDIT: Above mentioned problem does only occur when the mouse is actually moved. I connected my old mouse whilst the Dark Core was still connected and iCUE was on and I could use the Roccat mouse without any problem. Then again when I started moving the Dark Core I had the same issues with the shutter.
  3. Hi there I recently switched from my old Roccat Kova+ to a Corsair Dark Core RGB PRO SE. For the last week or so I have only played Dota 2 and everything worked out quite well. But playing other games I experienced extreme FPS drops / shuttering when using the mouse whilst iCUE is running in the background. Turning it off instantly fixes the problem! Anyhow since my RAM, the mouse and my headset stand's LEDs are controlled through iCUE it kind of ruins the whole RGB experience if I fix the problem by not using iCUE. I gave this several test runs on different games (WoW, Pummel Party, CS:GO) and with all of those games I had the same issue whilst running iCUE in the background. I have tried to put the dongle in different USB ports as I usually have it in the MM1000's but this didn't really make any difference. Furthermore I have also tried to force update the mouse and dongle to the latest firmware version which did not fix anything either. The last thing I have tried was to reinstall iCUE, unfortunately without any success. I am trying to get some support through your forum now since another ticket I have opened regarding issues with my Vengeance RGB PRO and its LED lighting getting "stuck" has not been responded to for a week already. Ticket number 2003545510 in case you want to take a look into it. I was actually thinking about replacing my G935 with the Virtuoso SE at some point next month but right now I am rather playing with the thought of returning all of my Corsair peripheries. I really hope you can provide a solid fix for the problem because a gaming mouse that needs the software to access all functions but then cannot be used for gaming really does not fulfill its purpose. Best regards
