  1. It's definitely software related since it started happening from the latest firmware update.
  2. Yes, but the whole point of iCUE is for software profiles. I have a profile for lights on and another profile for lights off that I can switch between using the profile switch button on the Dark Core SE. Either the new iCUE update or the new firmware broke it as this was not happening previously. I should not have to purposely limit the features of my mouse that I paid for just to have a temporary fix. I'm surprised that no Corsair staff has even responded to this thread either.
  3. This doesn't work. I've already posted i the other thread with an update. I've realized that every time you plug the cable in to charge the mouse, when you unplug it the sleep settings get changed somehow and the mouse goes to sleep after 3 mins. Doesn't matter if you save the profile to hardware settings or not.
  4. Update, this does not fix the problem. Problem occurs every time you plug the cable in to charge the mouse, it somehow resets the sleep timer when you unplug the cable. The mouse goes to sleep after like 3 mins.
  5. Also had this exact same issue, set sleep to 20mins then overwrote the profile and set it back to 10mins and overwrote it again and now its fixed
  6. They updated iCUE with a software level fix yesterday, and said that hopefully it'll be fixed via firmware on 22nd April when they release iCUE 3.15 Here's the thread http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=186582
  7. Made an account just to say I'm also experiencing this problem. USB disconnecting on startup and its the H115i Platinum causing it because as soon as iCUE loads, it does the sound and the RGB on the H115i flashes off then back on. Sometimes it even just cycles disconnecting and reconnecting which is super annoying.
