  1. Also, sorry for my English, is basic and im sure that im wrong in some words, sorry.
  2. Hi, first sorry for the category, but "RMA" or "Warranty" are non-clickables. I spent a "long" time getting some new LL120 White Editions sent to me under warranty, since mine were failing. There were two fans, and only one came. I dont know if the guy of Corsair Custom Service was wrong and he sent to me just one, or he sent to me two and UPS or "aduana" stole the other fan.. Anyone can help me with this? I feel a bit ripped off 😕 And I opened the first ticket or first mail in.... December.... so, please, if someone can help me, i will appreciate. Postscript: I recorded a video opening the package 🙂 always I grab a video when I receive a shipment
  4. Hi! I have the Corsair 680x, I decided to buy three LL120 white edition because I wanted to complete the RGB Fan Hub, so I have 3 "normal" LL120 (black, these comes with the case) and 3 white edition LL120. The "old" fans are connected into RGB Fan Hub and into CoPro in "1, 2, 3", these are working and the RGB is ON. The "new" fans are connected into RGB Fan Hub and into CoPro in "4, 5, 6", these are working BUT the RGB is OFF. I don't know why, all are "LL" model, it's a problem that the new are white ed.? just changes some specs like rpm, cfm... the quantity of leds are the same. I have iCUE (last version) and I put in options that I have LL fans and I have 6, but nothing changes... iCUE detect all fans, I can change the RPM, but I can't change the RGB, is off. Please, help me, try to give me a solution, I paid a lot for these fans and Im sending mails to Corsair Support like 5 days ago and I dont have any reply.

  6. Buenas!
  7. Hi guys, I have the Corsair 680x with the three LL120 rgb coolers, all coolers ever working good and RGB too, but I decided to buy three coolers more for complete the RGB Hub, now this three coolers are the White edition (better specs). Yesterday when I put the new coolers, I just replace the "1, 2, 3" RGB Cables for "4, 5, 6" and the new coolers on "1, 2 ,3" thats all xD All coolers was working, was cooling, but just one coolers had the RGB on (the "1", a new cooler). Today I change the 1, 2 ,3 (the new coolers) for 4, 5 and 6, and the old coolers now are in 1, 2, 3. Now, all coolers are cooling too, but just the RGB from the old coolers are working (1, 2, 3). I dont know why, and I dont know what I have to do. Specs Mother MSI Z490 MPG Gaming Plus Windows 10, iCUE v4 (the last version) Corsair 680x complete, with Commander Pro and Lighting Node Pro. PSU Evga 80+ 750w Gold GQ The SATA Cable is connected, I didn't change nothing when I put the coolers, just some screws for the coolers and change the cables for the Lighting Node Pro. Sorry for my English, Im from Argentina.
