hey there i have the exact same problem but i don't have any asus products i even tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck i have a commander pro thats pretty much useless now

I'm with you on this man I just got the update today and it removed the icue software from Windows it wasn't even showing up in windows for me to uninstall it the icon had vanished and when I went to download the latest version from their website it asks me to repair or uninstall yet there is no icon for me to click to run the program after I repaired it and when I try to open it via location directory and click the exe it just force closes after it opens I even found an older version and downloaded it but that version does the same thing now force closes when I try to open the app so now none of my rgb stuff works
