  1. Solved :D, they send me a new 5 point bass model, a metallic one. I'm super happy with the quick response of corsair.
  2. Yup, https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033067832-Corsair-Limited-Warranty I fill all that, send photos of serial numers, the chair and sales receipt.
  3. They send a new 5 point bass, new tilt mechanism and new lift cover. I'm waiting it to arrive.
  4. Same problem here, my first gaming chair :( I bought it on October.
