  1. I've ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (WI-FI) wist BIOS Version 1201 I get the 1000MB/s with BIOS Version 1105 I get full speed 4280MB/s
  2. their support are the worst and even if that's ture "which is not" they supposed to refund us I WILL NEVER BUY any corsair if you check on reddit people also have same **** with corsair ssd
  3. Where is Kevin I would like to hear from him!
  4. it's caused by the drive itself... try to copy/export ...etc the writting speed will be around 800MB/s so CrystalDiskMark is giving real result
  5. well here we go again ... it's even worse than the old one (whenever I open a folder it take time showing "working on it" never experienced that with the old drive!) I think the performance drop based on number of files maybe (because I filled the drive to test it when I got it and there was no drop with performance but once I installed the windows and downloaded BF V and COD MW) last word, I think Kevin did his best, obviously there's no way to get refund so I'm stuck with this drive I will order Samsung 970 evo plus 2tb (wish I did that in the first place but I got greedy and fell down for the advertised speed of Gen 4 nvme)
  6. Finally my Advanced RMA arrived I ran Crystal Disk Mark while it's empty after I Filled it 96% of the capacity 2nd test the lowest write speed I got was 3900MB/s, Now this is an acceptable drop in the performance not getting 20% of the advertised speed seems my issue got resolved now I'm gonna send the old one back to corsair Big thanks to Corsair Kevin he was the only one who believed that there was something abnormal and helped me P.S there was a difference in the backing between the new(yellow) and old one (white) Again THANKS Kevin
  7. Thanks Kevin for finally recognising the problem! (took almost a month) last tickets I had with corsair First one #2000831163 it was assigned to Roth Kim, he denied my RMA because "This is the nature of SSDs. As you fill it, its overall performance will decrease." and he ignored my after that #2000833028 (I was ignored and it was marked solved by Corsair team Roth Kim) I opened new ticket #2000864815 (MP600 FORUM RMA) I hope to get response on that ticket anytime soon Again I'm really thankful to you for recognising the problem even though customer service denied it!
  8. :sigh!: I'm willing to mail you my drive to make tests It has nothing to do with system configuration, I've tried 3 different computers same performance on all of them!
  9. corsair reply: this is a regular thing as performance drop once the drive is filled I think it's only an problem once we start to get 500 kB/s
  10. I tried my ssd on Z390 motherboard with i9-9900K processor and it was same **** (I didn't get 5000MB/s read) but the write speed was capped (1000MB/s) so definitely it's not motherboard nor the chipset IT"S THE SSD AND CORSAIR still refusing to say it!
  11. yes but I do not think the motherboard has anything to do with that its obvious the drive itself
  12. bro fill and do the test your drive is almost empty! in the picture its only 30% filled
  13. @Rimc_LT it didn't work stuck with 1000MB/s write speed as matriq said once the drive is filled good the performance gonna drop so bad
  14. This was newegg reply “Hello, Due to the fact that this is normal for the product to lose speed, the item would not be defective so warranty can not be honored as previously stated. If you wish to speak to a manager/supervisor please call in at 800-390-1119 and request to speak to one directly.” So how the hell I can explain to those idiots that getting only 23% of the the advertised speed is not a normal!
