Having the same issue with mine as well. I have the USB version. Fine yesterday but not today. Do you also get crackling or a hissing sound in your headset or its just me?

I updated everything, restarted it and logged back in. The desktop app that I set to show up on my computer is gone and it isn't showing up when I search for it.

I bought mine last Wednesday and still having the same issues. This was posted in 2015...and its 2019.

I am having the same problem with the wired versions as well. Set the settings to DVD Quality and still have to move the mic closer to my mouth which means ill be eating it.
