  1. Managed to get an RMA to the retailer quickly and so it's on it's way back to retailer, so hopefully a turn around of a week or so. Now to wait and see if I get a good one or will it be 4 out of 4 faulty? Is this due to Quality Control going to crap due to Covid-19 and manufacturers trying to push out as much stock as possible while there is huge demand?
  2. First one: Had a pump fault and wouldn't cool. Sent back for refund. Second one installed for 6 months then fans went crazy and could not do firmware updates, no light on pump etc. etc. Brought a new one to install while i RMA the faulty one (#2). Third one: Installed the new one, went to connect the USB cable to the pump AND THERE IS NO CONNECTOR IN THE PUMP just a blank hole. So, 3 out of 3 faulty and all from different retailers. Now I am left without my main computer for god knows how long. This is a joke.
  3. Started a couple of days ago, was fine up until then. Now fans go full bore, cannot change them at all. profiles do not work. Pump is working correctly. Tried to force update firmware but fails. Tried reinstalling software etc. etc. Every now and again I hear the noise of a USB connect and disconnect "like when you use a USB Thumb Drive" Which also affects the Keyboard colours when you hear sound. This started a few days after installing the new iCUE 4 software. Have tried going back to iCUE 3 Software but still the same even with deleting profiles and re making. This seems to be a problem with these coolers lately. Now i'm stuck with having to buy a new cooler until i can sort it out somehow as cannot do without PC. This is the second one of these i have had in past 6 months as first one had a defective pump in it and had to get a refund. 4. I currently have the same problem with same cooler. Started a couple of days ago, was fine up until then. Now fans go full bore, cannot change them at all. profiles do not work. 5. New H150i RGB PRO XT installed on stock 10700k and getting 55c-60c idle temps, then instant 95c+ temps when do anything. Thought it might be a bad mount, so redid mount. (ended up remounting 4 times) same results. Tried different orientations of radiator, ran pump with jumpered psu to check to see if pump working. Can hear pump noise. Went and bought another H150i RGB PRO XT and installed using the mounting gear already installed and have temps of 28c idle and never over 65c when doing anything. The original unit looks like it is faulty. So I assume an RMA is in order. As it was purchased from a Ebay store, i hope it is not a huge hassle to return.
