  1. They refused to accept the fault; all they admitted is that the specs on their website and the vendor's site are not correct for the chair. So this is no longer a case of incompetence in manufacturing but bad design and false advertising
  2. Same issue. Contacted the vendor and Corsair. Corsair came back with: "We appreciate your time reaching us, please be advised that we have consulted our product specialist for chairs. We would like to inform you that this unit was redesigned to sit very low in the 5 spoke, it will almost touch the floor on a hard surface, the carpet will sink the wheels and be a little closer as well. Please let us know if you need further assistance. " And this I know is not true, as some of you guys have pointed out, the product does not meet the size specifications. Challenged this back and see where it gets me but so far, it's been a proper nuisance. I have many Corsair products (keyboards, mice, headset, RAM, PSU, AIO cooler, fans, case) and never a single issue. I think maybe they should stay with what they're good at.
