Ok, So first of all I am new to this so please be gentle. I have just purchased a brand new pair of corsair pro wired headset for use with my xbox one after reading the reviews and questions on amazon. I get them delivered the next day and find out they wont work. Is this 100% correct or am I doing something wrong or missing a part that would make them work? Could I use a usb to 3.5mm jack? I really like the look and feel of these and don't want to send them back. Thanks in advance.
