  1. I love Corsair products but their pc support is extremely subpar. Still no response but fortunately have an extended warranty that offered to repair it. If they can’t repair it or I have to send it back again they will reimburse me in full. I would say use a third party extended warranty service if purchasing one of their systems until things get sorted out. I’m pissed because I love the look and design of the machine.
  2. Obviously dont want to beat a dead horse but I am having similar issues on my Corsair i145. I submitted a warranty claim but I am 5 days in with no response (ticket number is 2004433772). I worked with Corsair support back in April and couldn't figure out why I am getting random resets, bios loops, and BSOD. The typical BSOD's happen so fast that a dump log isnt created. Right now my machine, which I work off of, is stuck in a bios cycle. I provided a detailed explanation for the issues along with timestamps, purchase receipt, and model/serial numbers. I also did a complete wipe of windows with the problem coming back 2 weeks after that happened. I want to setup an advanced replacement but cant get an email back. I have also tried to call PC customer support but the calls fails after 2 rings saying "user busy". I am realistic and know hardware issues can happen. However I am stuck in a pattern where I cant get a hold of anyone (by far the most frustrating part). Any help would be appreciated.
  3. Has anyone seen an update regarding this issue (Vanguard blocking iCue)? I have a corsair one and with Vanguard installed my corsair one will not show in ICue. Which means I have no fan curve or ability to confirm my pump and rads are working correctly. Super annoying to not have control of my system just to play a game I am really enjoying (Valorant).
  4. Mine shipped the exact same way. The tap covered the whole box and covered the black release tabs to open it. Took me longer to unbox it then to set it up :(
  5. I have an i145 and my machine has defintely "settled" since buying it. My machine was quiet at idle but seemed louder than expected during gaming. This has all gotten better by 7-8 DBA's almost 2 weeks in doing the same testing I did originally. Not sure 100% why this happened but the noise was never alarming enough to do a return.
  6. I seem to be getting some conflicting information on this topic but wanted to confirm here before I purchase an SSD to replace the 2.5 inch drive in the system. I know the RAM and HD can be replaced without voiding the warranty but are we limited to only corsair products when replacing the components? There are numerous SSD deals going on right now and would love to upgrade to a 2TB SSD (samsung evo 860 since its on sale) without voiding the warranty since that was one of the main reasons of buying a prebuilt. Also will there be an official updated guide to reflect upgrading components with the new system. The only official corsair video I found reflected the older systems with their internal layout being different.
  7. Thank you for the detailed explanation. My previous system was a compact mini itx but definitely less compact and powerful. I am really happy with the temps and machine but wanted to make sure my noise level wasn’t indicating a problem I couldn’t see with hardware monitor. My GPU temps an hour into gaming were around 65C and cpu temps were around the same (max). Fan speed never increased over 1100rpm so I think those are all pretty solid numbers
  8. Hey all! I have a quick questions with my new Corsair i145 that I purchased today. I am trying to get an idea on if I need to do an RMA or a support ticket because of noise under load. I searched the forums up and down but couldn't find anything specific to my situation. At idle all temps and overall noise levels are outstanding. However once there is any load at all (gaming) the noise level becomes much louder than I anticipated. Temps through hardware monitor and iCUE all look normal but the DBA's of my unit are around 51-55. Does this seem normal under load? My custom pc I made previously (which I am hoping to replace) has an RTX 2060 (Zotac twin fan) with and a corsair H60 (CPU) and the DBA's in the same location are around 42-45. I guess I was expecting, based on all the reviews I have watched and read, something much quiter. It could be something I read into too much but do noise level that high seem right? I am more than happy to provide screenshots or a short video if that is helpful. I dont hear any other worrisome noises though and with my temps being great I am assuming this may be normal--which is slight disappointing.
