Wrong tittle sorry. It is HX1200 not AX. I know fan on this thing kicks in when it needed. But even with overclocked cpu (8086k running 5ghz),Radeon 5700 XT (2k mhz), 8x usb device, stress - benchmark doesn't make fan to work. IS THAT NORMAL?

Hi I bought brand new platinium hx1200. 3.3v Reading from mobo jumping from 3.264 to 3.280 V Is that normal or should I RMA? Thank you.
