  1. If you go into Settings -> Security and Privacy -> Accessibility, you can find it there as well as the Automation section.
  2. I was able to install iCue no problem on my MBP, but whenever it runs, it completely bogs the laptop down to be so slow and choppy. Just mousing over the dock had significant lag to it. I just keep the program closed completely until a fix comes.
  3. I've been having the same issue since not long after they released the beta version of iCUE for Mac. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like promising that it will ever be resolved.
  4. Pretty garbage that this keyboard is advertised as being wireless RGB, when in fact it isn't. I even went through the manual, and do not see anything there that would even hint that the lighting will not work without being plugged in. I really wish I had known this before buying it, because I would have passed on it. Looks like I'll be returning it.
  5. I just bought the K57 yesterday, and it seems to potentially have a problem. Are the lights supposed to turn off when it's connected through Bluetooth or with the dongle? I guess I don't recall reading it would do that, and was under the impression that they would be active regardless of the the connection type. As of right now, they only light up when plugged in with the cable. The keyboard firmware and iCUE are both up to date, and I haven't seen any settings to turn them off or on while not plugged in.
  6. I can't ever seem to get an answer on this, but is there ever going to be support for the MM800? I have gone through countless updates, and none have ever recognized it. There have been maybe 2-3 times total since the beginning of the year when I started running iCUE. It was even replaced once by Corsair thinking that might be the issue. It wasn't. Right after installing the newest version today (3.21.72), it recognized it right up until I had to do the restart to finish the install. After the reboot, it once again isn't recognized. I have even plugged it in to a different PC to try updating it, but there weren't any. The lack of it working and the lack of any assistance is getting a tad frustrating.
  7. Is consistent (or any) support ever going to be added for the MM800? Even after a couple iCUE updates, mine still isn't being recognized.
  8. I have been using the beta for some time now, and it has only detected my MM800 maybe 3-5 times tops. It was even replaced for me at one point because of it. Makes me quite leery of their announcement to release the full non-beta version despite the software clearly not functioning properly or working with every device.
  9. I'm having the same issue with mine (the SE version). Most times it just doesn't seem to light up at all, whether the Mac went to sleep or not. I also notice that it will randomly change DPI settings also. I tend to keep it at the highest (third) setting, but there are times when it changes back to the lowest (first) on it's own.
  10. Is the Mac version of iCUE an official Corsair release, or was it the work of a forum member? I ask because I am having an issue with the software recognizing my MM800, and someone in another post recommended contacting Corsair Support for help. When I did, they told me, "Might be a firmware conflict because we do not have ICUE for mac. iCUE is only compatible with wiindows and I believe that the iCUE that you have was created by someone from the forums."
  11. I guess I didn’t ever think to. I know the Mac software is still in beta, so I always attributed the issue to that. The mat still works in demo mode, it just isn’t detected by the software.
  12. The problem is that it barely recognizes that it's there. I can say with certainty that since installing iCUE a couple weeks ago, I have seen the MM recognized maybe 2-3 times tops at most, and even when it happened, it was always very short lived. I have tried multiple ports. Being a newer MacBook, we're forced into adaptors to use anything outside of USB-C, but I have tried it in official Apple single USB adaptors, as well as a USB hub. Both my mouse (M65 RGB Elite) and keyboard (K70 MK2 LP) work fine, and my mouse is and has been plugged into the MM. I have tried without the mouse plugged in and see the same results.
  13. Not sure if this is the right place to as this. I have been running iCUE for a couple weeks now on my (2018) MacBook, which had been awesome. I have the M65 Elite, K70 MK2 LP, and MM800. What I am noticing is that iCUE 99% of the time will not detect the MM800 as if it isn't even plugged in. The mouse and keyboard work amazingly, but the mat is very much more miss than hit. In fact, the only times I have actually seen it work properly, I had no part in it. I will have gotten up from my desk for something, and when I get back, it's just working out of the blue. The odd part is that I have had the mouse plugged into the passthrough the entire time, and the software reads and recognizes the mouse without fault. I have tried running the MM through different ports and USB hubs, with and without the mouse connected, and it still rarely, if ever recognizes it. If there happened to be an update for the MM, I am unable to access it through iCUE to do so. The few times it was recognized, inside the software, next to the thumbnail for it, there was a red exclamation hazard icon and I couldn't ever select it. Are there any tips or tricks for this on Mac to help here, or is there anything else I can do for this?
