Bought a Corsair Riser when i built my new PC in March and thought it was just a faulty riser so i sent it back. Seems like i was wrong. I couldn't get it to work in any PCI port on the motherboard. GPU powered up and fans spun but there was no display output to the monitor. System Specs: Intel I9-9900K Asus Prime Z390-A Nvidia GTX 1070 Dual OC Bios: Version 0905
