    Hello, i have had this headset for about a year now and its been working fine up until a few days ago, now whenever i enable the auto shutdown it will prompt the shutdown regardless if im watching something or not, however lowering the mic for a second and lifting back up will stop the shutdown prompt and disabling the option in ICUE also does. but im just curious why this might be happening. i recently updated the firmware for the headset and ICUE itself as well as my windows 10 to the most recent build which is 18363

    I bought this headset 2 days ago and it's playing a high frequency ("low volume") ringing on the left speaker. It's really annoying. I've uninstalled the CUE three times and nothing has changed. The noise gets louder when sound plays and stays that way for about 20 seconds.
