  1. I got my corsair virtuoso SE headset 2 days ago and I have been harassed by bad software issues. I don't want to use Icue because it fights my other RGB software and it uses cpu resources but even when I do run ICue most of these problems happen. When I scroll up or down on the volume dial the volume will take a second to do something and then it will go in a random direction. The mic mute doesn't work most of the time in wireless mode and the wireless/wired mode switch doesn't work at random times. I'll go to switch the headset to wired and it just doesn't switch over. Sometimes the volume won't change even when I bring it up in windows. I won't be able to control the volume in wired and wireless mode. Shutdown randomly doesn't work and it will just make a hissing noise, there will be another hissing noise on top of that if I keep holding the mic mute. In game and in game only the audio quality spontaneously becomes very bad (the headset is 3 feet from the wireless dongle) and I need to switch it from wireless mode back to wired and then back again. Usually the left and right channels switch (like the left channel audio comes out of the right speaker) and then I need to shut them down and turn them back on again. Can anybody help me fix any of these these problems?
  2. Gfycat link because video is too big to upload As title states: Corsair Virtuoso SE is powered on and working. The dongle, and LED mic indicator flash momentarily, and then turn off. If I mute/unmute microphone, the LED mic indicator remains on. So far I have: Uninstalled and Reinstalled iCUE software Checked for updates on all devices Paired dongle and headset Updated and installed all computer drivers Updated and installed Windows Re-started computer several times Changed which USB ports I am using Plugged in device on USB mode and waited for full device charge before using wireless mode Nothing has worked.
  3. Hallo Ich hab mir vor einigen Monaten ein Corsair Virtuoso SE gekauft und hatte eigentlich sehr gute Erfahrung damit. Allerdings ist es so, dass bei sehr lauten Geräuschen (z.B. Explosion einer Granate in einem Spiel) das Headset für einen kurzen Moment knackt. Ich habe auch schon mit der Software von iCUE probiert rumzuspielen aber hat auch nicht geklappt. Kann mir da wer helfen?
  4. Hallo ich bin seit gestern stolzer Besitzer eines VirtuosoSE. Ich habe mich lange damit beschäftigt welches Headset ich mir zulege. Nun ist die Wahl an dieses gegangen da ich immer sehr zufrieden mit den CORSAIR Produkten bin und war. wie auch der Support, der super von CORSAIR ist. Nun zu meinem "kleinen" Problemchen. Ich habe iCUE erstmals installiert auch gleich das Update gemacht und habe festgestellt das die Sprachansagen nicht funktionieren egal ob Wireless oder USB. Das hätte ich ganz gerne gefixt. Habe es auch mit einem SOFT RESET über die Mikrofontaste probiert doch leider hat sich nichts verändert. Hat noch jemand das Problem? Grüssle LabelPresident
