  1. I hold the MFB and I never see the blue light, or anything different show up. I've tried to force update the firmware to no avail. Flipping the switch does nothing for when holding the button. I dont seem to see any other reports of a problem like this, usually with a red blinking led, but I have no indication at all. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I have a corsair virtuoso xt which i bought and received legit today, but for some reason whenever it's in wireless mode, there's this weird static/ringing noise that plays in the headset and none of the icue app presets work at all, when i switch to wired mode the static disappears and the presets begin to work, however regardless of whether it is in wired or wireless mode whenever audio plays there is a slight hissing noise/static noise in the background of the audio which makes the audio quality somewhat poor. any idea on how to get rid of this noise?
  3. I did a quick search and couldn't find a relevant thread and hopefully we can get something done. I have a Corsair Virtuoso XT Wireless headset running the latest firmware and latest icue software. I don't do alot of voice chat but I noticed that when I go into Diablo, and I join a group in Diablo the mic stops working. I initially (and it probably still is) thought that the built in Diablo voice chat was taking the mic. I shut off any voice chat within the diablo client and it still didn't work. I saw on Reddit people having the same problem and the "solution" is to quit completely out of icue, then it works. Is there something else that can be done? With Icue disabled I lose Diablo integration and the microphone filters that make it sound better. Thanks!
  4. Hello! I am completely new to any Corsair product, and I didn't know where else to turn for help so forgive my ignorance. I just recently purchased a new Corsair Virtuoso XT and am trying to use it with my PlayStation 5 and cannot get the mic to work. I set the USB Receiver to PlayStation mode, and it still won't work. The receiver turns white, the sound settings for the PS5 detect the headset and I can hear the PlayStation sounds from the system, including games. However, in the sound's settings for the PS5 is says my mic is muted. The mic is a light blue color as opossed to the green color the manual says it should be when connected wirelessly to the PlayStation. Muting and unmuting doesn't work nor does disconnecting the mic and reconnecting it. I've also ensured the drivers are up to date for the audio of the headset through the ICUE Sofware. If I hook the same headset to my PC (Windows 11), it works perfectly fine. Please help anyone!
  5. Hello, I have an issue with the mic in wireless mode where my voice cuts out every 10 to 15 seconds for at least half a second and up to two seconds. As you can imagine this is really annoying for people who listen to me as well for me having to repeat every third word at least three times over and over again just to have this cutting out again. Depending on how I set up the channel in windows it fades out (1 Channel, 24 bit, 48000 Hz) or it cuts out at lower bitrates (1 channel, 16 bit, 48000Hz) I tried to reset the whole headset, I tried to find the issue in windows settings, I tried to find anything that could give me a hint as to where this issue might come from including discord, teampeak, this forum and iCUE with no result. ICUE just hangs up over and over again even after two attempts to reinstall it. I won't reformat my Harddrives just to get this issue fixed as i've seen people suggesting here. iCUE version im Using is 4.24.193 Headset firmware version is 5.11.88 Wireless receiver firmware version is 5.7.115 Thank you in advance Gecko

I have the headphones a couple of months ago and at the beginning I had no problem connecting them via bluetooth, but from one day to the next they no longer connected to any device via bluetooth, I tried updating the drivers in the iCUE even forcing the update, but no it worked. I also tried "Factory Reset" by unplugging and plugging the dongle from the computer, but that didn't work either. I have tried with different cell phones but none manages to find the bluetooth headphones. And in the bluetooth led of the headphones when I turn it on it shines purple for a second and then it stays blinking red, it never shows the blue light that it should show to pair it by bluetooth. Please help. :c
  7. Hi folks, Is anyone having a problem with the Virtuoso XT's and Bluetooth going silent? In some more detail, I have the headphones connected wirelessly to a PC and my iPhone 13 Pro at the same time. Sometimes, when switching audio sources on the iPhone, audio cuts out completely. For example, if I toggle from something like Sirius XM to a Facebook video or a Tiktok live video is another common one, the audio goes silent after maybe 1 second of audio. The only way to restore is either toggle Bluetooth off/on, or go into iPhones control center, and toggle audio to the iPhone speakers and back to the Virtuoso's. The phone still sees them connected to Bluetooth. This is only happening with the Virtuoso's. AirPods Pro work fine. Speakers on the phone work fine. Is this a known bug on the firmware of the headphones? Any help would be appreciated.

Ich habe mir letztens die Corsair Virtuoso XT geholt und mir ist aufgefallen das wenn man die kabellose Verbindung nutzt ein leichtes konstantes Rauschen im Hintergrund auftritt also quasi einfach wenn man sie anschaltet. Ich habe gelesen das sei normal bei kabellosen Kopfhörern aber ich wollte einfach mal auf Nummer sicher gehen und nachfragen. PS: Also es ist wirklich leicht aber man merkt definitiv ein Unterschied wenn man die Kopfhörer an und aus schaltet.
  9. I have a virtuoso xt headset which I have been using without icue installed(due to the software not working properly on my old work computer, different thread). With my new computer I am able to install the software, which detects the headset as expected. But instead of the simple status beeps, I get these annoying voice prompts. I say annoying because listening to the voice speak about muting my mic makes it difficult to listen to a person talk during a conference or game. I found the option to disable voice prompts, but I still dont get the desired status beeps. Another issue is, instead of the mic led changing color instantly on un/mute, it now takes about 1000ms to change colors. And there appear to be no lighting controls for the mic. If I quit the icue software, the headset works as expected with status beeps and instant led status changes. I would be fine with this, except I need icue for my keyboard lighting and dozens of macros. I am running the latest versions for all the hardware, with iicue v4.33.138. Is there an option in icue to get the status beeps instead of the voice prompts? Is there an option in icue to remove the delay from the mic status led color change? Is there a way to exclude the headset from being handled by icue? So my keyboard can still be handled by icue.

Je rencontre un gros problème depuis la dernière mise à jour icue, j'ai un casque Virtuoso XT j'utilise aussi le logiciel wave-link tout était bien paramétrer et tout fonctionner parfaitement jusqu'à la dernière mise à jours Depuis quand je lance un jeu je n'entend aucun son venant des jeux j'ai tester tout les jeux de mon pc aucun s'active , pourtant je peux continuer de discuter sur d'autres logiciels tel que discord ou encore laisser ytb en fond aucun problème Le problème vient uniquement des jeux depuis là mise a jours 4.33.138
  11. Hey I bought the Virtuoso RGB Wireless XT a while ago now, never had any problems except having to replace torn earcups. A couple days ago my mic just stopped working altogether on PC. Everything is detected as normal, no errors but it just won't work. I also tried on my laptop and got the same result. However it works fine on Xbox Series X with the 3.5mm port from controller to headset in wireless mode with mic. Things i've tried: Tried both wireless and wired on PC. Fully Charged. Reinstalled drivers and forced update (both dongle and headset in wired mode.) Power cycled headset like 20 times. Checked all volume levels and privacy settings to make sure it has permission and isn't muted. Restarted PC Restored PC to previous point It's worth noting the headset is NOT damaged so I highly doubt it's a hardware issue, especially as it's working through 3.5mm on Xbox. I won't reinstall windows though, I have too much to lose.
  12. Hi, I just build a new computer. An all new fresh install. After installing iCUE v.4.31.168 and Nvidia Broadcast, nothing happen when I check Noise Removal and/or room echo removal. I already tried to reinstall iCUE and repair Nvidia Broadcast but problem is still here. Windows 11 22H2 Intel Core i7-13700K RTX 4080 (MSI Ventus 3x OC) Virtuoso XT in wireless mode Is iCUE and Nvidia Broadcast integration compatible with the new RTX 4080 ?
  13. I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but I figured it was worth a shot to see if anyone has found any fixes for this issue. I live right in the middle of the flight path for airliners when they are preparing to land. It seems that every time they are getting ready to approach, which is almost every five to ten minutes it seems, my headphones just disconnect when in wireless mode, and reconnect a second later. When hard wired in, they work great. Seamless audio, no issues. Well apart for being a little small for my ears, but I can't fault them for my dumbo ears.
  14. Hello everyone, let's cut to the chase: If I install iCUE, the headset starts making a hissing/white noise sound whenever there is sound playing. Of course I can try to lower my windows sound and pump up the program sound, but when listening to something quite the white noise is VERY persistent and annoying. Upon uninstalling iCUE the hissing is gone and nowhere to be found and cannot be replicated. I have found this post, but the help there did not work. I think the issue is the same though: iCUE does not uninstall the Windows driver and windows is using the faulty windows driver. In completion with iCUE it is doing the hissing sound. Another issue I am having with iCUE is the mic LED. Without iCUE installed the LED is white when unmuted and red when muted. Muting and unmuting changes the LED immediately. Upon installing iCUE the LED is green when unmuted and changes slowly to red when muting urself. But the delay is about 2 seconds. Can the delay be turned off somehow and how do I fix the white noise? Just so the question won't be asked: Sidetone is off. I have tried soft resetting my Virtuosos I hope somebody can help me, since I'd like to take use of the equalizer, since the virtuosos need the EQ for better sound. Thanks in advance
  15. Buenas, tengo mis auriculares Virtuoso XT recién estrenados. Todo su funcionamiento es una maravilla, desde la calidad de audio hasta su comodidad. Aún me resta configurar bien el micrófono, ya que del otro lado me dicen escuchar con "eco". Mi problema radica en la conectividad vía bluetooth, Mi Notebook, detecta los auriculares, se empareja y conecta correctamente. Sin embargo, a los pocos minutos, el sonido empieza a salir entrecortado, como si la señal fuera mala o estuviera a varios metros de distancia (cuando estoy frente a la PC). Por otro lado, mi celular ni siquiera detecta los Virtuoso XT. Algunos comentarios: Al presionar el botón MFB y seleccionar el método inalámbrico, comienza a parpadear en rojo. Al conectarse a la PC cambia a azul. Pero luego, veo que cambia a violeta (no encontré en el manual de instrucciones que significa este violeta). Desde ya, muchas gracias por su ayuda. saludos
  16. Hallo, kann man das Leuchten des Logos eigentlich auch ausschalten? Ich finde hierzu im icue 4 keine Einstellung, nur wie die Farbe etc verändere. Grüße
  17. I have recently picked up a pair of virtuoso xt and I am quite disappointed that it is not able to switch between audio sources seemlessly on pc. On my old virtuoso non-se, I can simply switch the audio output between my speakers and headphones by toggling the (wireless to usb) button. This is such a big QOL feature and why is it not available on the xt? On the xt, I have to bring up the sound tab on windows and set the device as default. It feels like a massive downgrade to me that I have to switch the audio output manually on the xt. There are also posts on forum and reddit which report the same problem, but it remains unsolved.
  18. I know that red means muted, green means enabled, but then I saw it turn white. I thought it meant that the mic was in use, because when I hopped on a phone call on my phone (connected via bluetooth), it turned white midway through the call. I noticed that and I thought I'd see if it meant the mic was in use, so when I tested the mic on my PC (connected via slipstream wireless), it just stayed green. Any idea what the white LED could mean?

I just go the virtuoso xt and i can change the color on iCue but it doesnt want to save the color i set it to when icue is closed or its disconnected from icue like it will with my other pc components. I would like to keep it set to red not the default blue when icue is closed or when im paired to my phone via bluetooth. Is this possible and i dont know what im doing with this messy software or is it just not currently possible?
  20. Got my new Virtuoso XT, would like to replace the earpads. I tried the way worked on previous Virtuoso -- simple clockwise turn. Unfortunately, it is not working. I also tried the way mentioned in https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=205168 -- sticking regular paper between the earcup and the headset. Not working as well. Is there a better way to remove those earpads? Thank you.
