  1. Hello, I have a Corsair ram kit consisting of 2x vengeance rgb pro 8gb 3200mhz ram and 2 dummy rams to fill up the slots. My mainboard is a Gigabyte B550m Pro and i use RGB Fusion to sync all my rgb but the Ram doesnt show up in fusion. Also the Box for the Ram Modules says it supports RGB fusion and the dummy box doesnt.
  2. Hello So recently corsair announced and released a plugin that allows control of asus motherboard lighting combined with Aura. Everything is now synced except my old Vengeance RGB. I am wondering if Corsair is going allow to let that RAM be synced but I am afraid they will ditch it. I heard people saying its impossible to control the timings yet when iCue is closed but Aura is running alone with rainbow effect it works perfect, if iCue is running then it would interfere and crash the Aura service eventually. Can I make so that iCue doesn't detect my RAM or leaves it alone? I have seen the Vengeance Pro plugin that lets aura control the RAM but it does not support the normal Vengeance. I really hope they do something similar with removing the DRAM dll or something without crashing the software (tried it) because I really would not want to spend another 200€ on memory while I bought my RAM for 460€ back in the expensive RAM days... I also want to point out just a plugin for removing the Vengeance RGB from iCue would be great because I would be able to control everything true Aura with 3rd party software (JackNetRGB). Regards, Louis
  3. Hey, Long time Corsair customer, re-seller and system builder here. I bought a set of CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3333MHz C16 on Amazon for $460 nearly a year ago with the intent of buying more a couple months down the line. But this has proven to be difficult and problematic with stock going in and out and prices going up. I had wanted to go to quad channel before the 2080 Ti Launch. Fast forward to today and since buying that memory the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro line was released which I would of preferred to begin with, but it is what it is. They appear to be the same specs, aside from Cooler / RGB Difference, Is this true? Would love to know for sure. But here's my problem, memory prices have fallen across the entire sector, except for the original Corsair Vengeance RGB Line. It's nearly twice the price of the Pro line in some cases. Currently on NewEgg SKU CMR32GX4M2C3333C16 VENGEANCE® RGB 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3333MHz C16 Memory Kit NewEgg - $495.95 Amazon - $479.00 Corsair - $394.99 (out of stock) And the newer model with seemingly exact same specs except RBG difference. SKU CMW32GX4M2C3333C16 VENGEANCE® RGB PRO 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3333MHz C16 Memory Kit — Black NewEgg - $269.99 (out of stock) Amazon - Unavailable Corsair - $299.99 (out of stock) It comes in and out of stock on NewEgg occasionally and I could nab a set for $269.99 versus $495 and from what I can tell the only difference is the heatsink and RGB. I'd rather not pay a premium of $225 for non pro, older style ram just to have a matching look. I could almost buy two sets of Vengeance Pro for $44 more at that price. Even if I caught it being in stock at Corsair, it's a $95 price difference over the Pro, which is the newer model. Since this is a Corsair build in a Custom painted Obsidian 900D with 14 Corsair ML120 Fans I was trying my best to keep everything Corsair where I could but this is frustrating. I've been trying to finish this build for a long time to show case it in time for PAX East. Ironically 2 fans have started to fail and now I'm trying to get replacements for those. I'm trying to buy another set, so I can RMA the dying pair but even that has been tricky without buying a 3 pack with fan controller. I could just RMA them send them and wait, but with water cooling its alot of work just to get to the fan mounts and i'd rather not take apart the loops twice. In an ideal world I'd have all the memory slots filled but i'm just trying to at least get to 4. I'm just at wits end , Does anyone have any suggestions or am I the only one caught in the void between memory the Vengeance RGB to Vengeance RGB Pro
  4. EDIT: see latest post Since the update to the newest version, whenever I cycle through my profiles (I have a button on my mouse dedicated to that), my mouse/keyboard/fans/LED-strips instantly change color, while my Vengeance RGB RAM and H100i v2 take 2 seconds to switch their profile. Previously, they changed instantly. Same thing happens with instant lighting: everything changes instantly, except for the RAM lagging 2sec behind and the H100i v2 turning off its LED after 2sec. This delay needs to be fixed, it used to be instant. Sidenote: I still can not disable the LED on my H100i v2 manually in a profile. There used to be a LED on/off switch for it in Corsair LINK, please add that to iCUE. Even if I set the color to 0/0/0, it still has a faint grey backlight for some reason (used to be black/off in LINK). Right now the only way to turn it off is to apply some instant lighting - which is an ok workaround for my usecase, since the reason why I want the LED to turn off is for my all-black/turned-off "watching movies" profile, and instant black lighting takes care of that, although I would like to have that option in my mouse-button-profile-cycle so that I don't have to open up iCUE for that.
  5. Choosing a color as Instant Lighting affects my mouse/keyboard/headset/fans/LED-strips, but not my AiO pump LED and my RGB LED RAM. They are connected and can be set manually, but not with Instant Lighting.
