I have an Ironclaw RPG mouse. It works as a charm but suddenly it stopped working. The Status/Battery says unavailable with an OFF symbol (see Jpeg included). What does this mean? I don't event know if its battery is depleted or if its charging. Can anybody tell me what's going on? -
Bought this mouse a week ago. Just found out that in wired mode, the three side LEDs should display the battery level (e.g. lowest LED blinking red). However, it always just shows the DPI level. I can't find anything in the iCUE software about this. Anyone know what's causing this? -
Hello, my ticket number is 84016, and I have not gotten a response in regards to an RMA for my Corsair RM750 PSU, which died on me last week. I would like to be updated on this matter since theres no one giving me any word on if my PSU is eligible for Warranty. Much appreciated!

I recently got an HS70 wireless headset, which I am really enjoying using. I was already using the iCue software for my Gaming Strafe RGB keyboard so it recognised it and let me change the settings. The thing I noticed is since having the heaset the Icon in the Taskbar is now a warning exclamation mark when the headset is turned off, which I usually do when not using it to preserve battery. I understand the warning icon on the headset itself because it can't get the battery status (though I would question that decision as well seeing I have been trained when there is a warning icon to investigate for new firmware, or issues, not just that the device is off). Is there a setting to turn this off? Or can this be logged as a bug or something. I get this being the default behavior for almost any other device (if my wireless keyboard wasn't connected I would want to know) but not for something as optional as a headset. A minor thing but OCD is triggered. Thanks -

Das RMA Ticket ist geschlossen und der Status hängt bei "Approved", laut DHL ist das Paket aber angekommen. Wollte nur wissen wie es aktuell aussieht da ich so ziemlich im dunkeln gelassen werde. LG
