I think I've narrowed down the issue, it seems whenever I connect or disconnect an iCUE device (i.e. charging my mouse with the cord) it resets the lighting to a static red, even though the hardware lighting is set to visor, which does work when I close out iCUE completely. In addition, this static effect does not include the top right section of the keyboard nor the sides of the mouse, as shown in the pictures included. Anyone have any ideas of what to do? K100 and Dark Core Pro SE, for reference. Keyboard Mouse

This question goes out to those people that have been experiencing issues with the LS100 Lighting Kit. I am thinking of ordering one today but became concerned when I saw the issues people were experiencing. I only want to run the lights with a static colour - are the issues with input lag and refresh rate tied to the video colour mode only? Does the static colour option cause any issues? Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, 2 days ago I installed the newest firmware update for my keyboard (CH-9101011-EU). Everything went smoothly, but when I tried to save my static lighting (yes, I know how it works) to my device it just stayed the same. I tried resetting the keyboard with Esc key, but now it's only worse, because it's stuck on the default lighting (The red one with white WSAD/Arrow keys). For those who say that I should just leave iCUE in the background, I have a really good reason to not do this: My computer is CPU bottle necked (i3-4150). I can't really leave anything in background while gaming. I also noticed that when my computer POSTs it says that it has 2 Keyboards when before the firmware update it said that there were 3 of those. I tried to check if there was something wrong with software (reinstalled it and tried uprgrading firmware again, but it was futile). Lastly I checked the keyboard with my friend's setup (5820K). Installed the newest iCUE, the same story. Does anyone have simillar problem? How can revert my Keyboard's firmware to previous, more stable one? What should I do? I already submitted a ticket on Corsair Support but with no response so far.

Greetings, I have updated to iCUE 3.10.coughmumble and there is no further option to save out static lighting to the k95? I'd like, when I lock the screen, to have my own custom static keys remain lit. When, and why, did this feature go away? :(

Hello everyone, I'm new around here. I recently bought a H100i Pro RGB (correction from the title) cooler for my build, which I believe you can see in my signature. It works great and is a beauty to behold, except that I can't figure out for the life of me how to get it to save the static color to the device. I know where the 'Save static lighting and performance to Device' Button is and have used it multiple times to no avail. Basically, the moment I hit the power/restart button in Windows 10, the H100 Pro goes back to Rainbow mode. The fan settings, however, are remembered, so that's nice. But basically, on boot and on restart, it forgets the static color I assigned to it, and only regains the color when I log back into windows, and iCue opens up. Is there a workaround to this? Or is there something I'm missing? Other things I've tried: 1. Uninstalling and restarting, reinstalling iCue, restarting, no change 2. Downloading an older version of iCue but that didn't even open 3. Tried using Corsair Link 4 with iCue uninstalled, but Corsair Link wouldn't even see the Pump 4. Looking for that mysterious pref file that you're supposed to switch to read only.. but that doesn't exist anymore. Thanks in advance! :biggrin:
