I have had awful issues with this headset since I bought it and now I don't know what to do Context: Was playing on my PC when all my sound vanished, despite my input and output recognizing the headset and my audio being way up on everything, nothing works. iCUE constantly now marks it as unavailable, pairing doesn't work and takes hours for it to just stop. The dongle / usb constantly flashes red and then goes off after a while, then on the off chance it goes white the sound is still broken and isn't "focused" if that makes sense, the sound is there, but shooting guns ingame will make my eardrums burst. I have done literally anything in the books, repairing software, restarts, reinstall, recharging, pairing, etc. I have done everything I possibly could have and nothing has worked and I've received no help from Corsair about this issue. I have done everything. At this point I have no idea what to do. Any and all help is appreciated.
  2. Guten Tag zusammen. Ich habe seit kurzem das Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE und war eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Allerdings habe ich seit heute das problem das sobald ich den Wireless Adapter einstecke sich die lautstärke automatisch auf 100% stellt und sich auch nicht wieder runter regeln läst, bis ich den Adapter wieder entferne. ich habe schoin einiges versucht, wie z.B. die iCUE Programm Deinstaliert, Neustart,... Nun bin ich etwas Ratlos und hoffe ihr könnt mir bei diesem Problem weiter helfen. Betriebssystem ist Windows 10.
  3. I have 2 USB 2.0 slots at the top of my case, and normally i have the USB dongle plugged in the first USB slot. But now, when i turn on my headset, it connects but theres no speach note from iCue that the headset is on and i cant hear anything. When i plug the dongle into the second USB slot, iCue gives me the speach note but the sound is pretty bad (blunted). I restarted my PC multiple times and updated the driver, but nothing helps. Does someone knows how to fix that? (And sorry for my bad englisch btw, im from germany)
  4. Hab mir also jetzt das HS-60 Headset von Corsair geholt und mir dann auch gleich die CUE heruntergeladen um 7.1 nutzen zu können. Nur hab ich leider jetzt das Problem, dass nach der Installation und Neustart ich nach ein paar Sekunde, sobald die CUE startet, gar keinen Sound mehr habe. Kann mir wer da helfen oder hat eine Idee woran es liegen könnte? Danke schon mal im Voraus!:biggrin:
  5. I have a new Corsair H2100 headset (bought via Amazon, I think) and I can not get any sound through it, or out of it. Neither the mic nor the ear pieces do anything. I have downloaded the drivers from this forum, and still nothing. Dongle blue light flashes, they are charged, also.
