Hi guys, i've been using my Harpoon RGB wireless mouse and yesterday i saw an firmware update to my usb wireless receiver it was v.5.4.99 so i installed it but now mouse just working with BT and doesn't work with 2.4g ,and i tried all ways (try to reset mouse or pair with manuel) but it didn't help. What Should i do? Can't i take back the last update..

Hello There, I have a H100i RGB PRO XT and its been great and its working perfectly, but i have this annoying thing with the iCUE Software, even when my CPU is close to 0% Usage and with below 40°C the fans are running at 2300+ RPM and its so noisy its sounds like an engine and the annoying thing is that they are not on extreme or balanced they are on quiet!!, and I've tried to reinstall it, update drivers but nothing was working, any fixes ? (Screenshot is included)
  3. Hello all, I just now made an account to ask this because I didn't see anything on google regarding my issue. Whenever I right click the iCUE icon in the taskbar it brings up the sub menu with the options to Bring to foreground, Show iCUE Space, Check for updates, etc. The first time I open that menu, the image of the menu gets stuck over top of any other window and it behaves as an image, I cannot click any of the options on that "image" and when I right click the icon again it brings the same menu up that I can interact with. I have performed a complete uninstall and reinstall, only retaining my user settings. Has anyone ran into this issue before? I filled out all of my PC specs upon registering. Thanks! Edit: Closing the application allows the "image" to go away. Opening it again and right clicking the icon does the same thing with the menu.
  4. Hello! I just acquire the HS70 wireless and updated the ICUE software. With that combination, i can't now change the windows volume directly using my headset (I could use that with my previous headset, the Void Wireless). Is this a windows problem or is it something related to the headset or software?
  5. Hello! so i have ran into a problem with my Corsair Void Pro headset after a windows update. When i turn the headset on, firstly the red light indicating the mic is muted stays on when the boom is in both the up and down position. See, i have to have my sidetone as i have a small child and it help me to be more aware of my surrounding while im gaming. If i try to enable or disable the sidetone in the software, it does nothing. If i press the mute mic button (short press, not hold), instead of getting the mute notification, it instead says "Mic feedback on/off" without actually effecting the feedback and the mute button doesnt mute the mic at all. I've tried soft resetting the headset by holding the mute for 15 seconds. i've uninstalled both headset drivers and software and re-installed them. i've tried rolling back the ICUE software but i have a hard time finding one to roll back thats older but not too old as the last time i rolled back it almost completely disabled the headset entirely. I've tried the dongle in multiple different usb slots to no success as well. I've uninstalled the drivers in device manager as well as deleted the registry entries in regedit. if i plug the headset into another computer the problem doesn't exist so i know it's not a hardware issue. Please if there is anything you can do to help i would gladly appreciate it. (support ticket #2003680430
  6. Hello! Headset: Void PRO wireless RGB Whenever I lower or lift my mic the voice prompt says "mic off/on". Since the latest iCUE software update 3.33.246 however, it says that and also adds "Mic feedback on/off" which makes it incredible spammy.. :confused: I'm going to turn it off for now but even the simple sounds are spamming double commands. I tried soft reset and restart of my pc but no luck. Edit: A second restart fixed it. Idk why :) Also how in the lords name do I delete this thread? :)
  7. Hi, my laptop keyboard has not been lighting up for some reason. I've gotten the latest updates, but they are still not lighting up. Anyone have a solution?
  8. Hello, This is going to be a lengthy message but here I go. So about 3 ish days ago I took my pc apart to remove my h100i platinum cause it was creating condensation in my case (replaced with stock ryzen cooler) and to cable manage better. This required disconnecting everything to route the wires properly(including all my corsair iCUE products). When I was all done and with the pc booted up I noticed my corsair rgb strip was stuttering as if my ram usage was high. So i checked task manager and nothing else was running. So I said ok maybe a reboot should do it. Nope, it didnt help. A day later(today) i noticed now my fans are stuttering/lagging(not smooth). So I tried googling and basically did everything in the book. I did the following today. 1. Re seated all wires(including corsair products) 2. Disconnected each lighting strip and fan one at a time to see if one was defective ad causeing this. 3. Deleted all other rgb softwares I had like asus aura and asrock polychrome. 4. Repaired icue 5. Unistalled icue and reinstalled 6. Tried previous versions of icue cause today I updated icue to the new one that allows for asus strix gpus to be controlled through icue 7. Tried previous versions of windows updates 8. Changed usb powermanagement settings 9. Ive also check to see for any spikes in cpu, ram. Ethernet and storage usage to see if they align for when the stuttering occurs and I can find a clear pattern sometjme they alogn and other times not at all. The list goes on. Maybe i havent done something. Thats why im here. I also noticed that when i COMPLETLY close out of iCUE and my lights default to the rainbow wave, they lights no longer stutter/lag. Also when i restart my pc(before icue can boot up) the lights dont stutter/lag. Seem to only be occuring when iCUE is running. I have the following products Ql 120 x 9 Lighting node pro x 1 Commander pro x 1 Node core x 2 Lighting strip x 4 Vengeance rgb pro x4 (32gb) I have 6 fans into 1 node core that is then connected to the lightning node and the lighting node is connected to an usb port on the commander pro. The 3 other fans are connected to another node core that is then connect into and led port on the commander pro. My lighting strips are daisy chained and connected into the other led port in the commander pro. Finally the commander pro is connected into the motherboard via usb. Bear in mind that all my corsair products weren't lagging before disassembling my pc on Tuesday.
  9. Hi, my k65 always bugs when i use other effects than "static color". When i use like "rainbow wave" or "type lighting" my keys start acting like they are stuck or dont even react. I tried replugging, reinstalling the software, updating the firmware etc. Can anybody pls help me :(
  10. Hallo zusammen, ich habe seit ein paar Tagen das Problem, das wenn ich auf Dashboard klicke, die Icue Software sich aufhängt und dann abstürzt. Ich habe sie schon mehrmals neuinstalliert und alle Icue Daten von meinem PC gelöscht, es tritt jedoch immer wieder erneut auf. Hat jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte? Herzlichen Dank Nils
  11. After installing Valorant, and having to restart my pc, the temperature lighting link stopped working. I tried restarting my pc again, didn't work. I have it to display on my Numpad and its just blank. So I went into sensor logging in the icue software and its blank. The option to select which hardware component its gauging is also gone. I don't know what happened, but I guess icue just stopped detecting all my hardware in my system.
  12. Sometimes when I restart my PC the remapping keys on my corsair products don't work, and other times they do. This is recent, and I'm not sure why it's happening. Please help!
