Thanks!
  2. Hi all I purchased an SP 120 RGB fan recently and there's a wire which says 'RGB Hub'. I have a Commander Pro hub which I thought this RGB wire would plug into but it doesn't seem to me that any of the sockets are compatible despite being described as a 'RGB Lighting Controller' :-/ Do I additionally need the RGB FAN LED Hub? 4. So I've been searching online for the last 6 hours and still can't find an answer to my issue. I own an Asus Helios Strix case and plan on Mounting an H150i ELITE CAPELLIX RGB which comes with 3 ML 120 PRO RGB'S and a Commander Pro to install them too. My question is I also plan to buy an additional 4 ML 140 Pro RGB fans making 7 total. Three will be in the front with 1 at the rear for exhaust. I haven't decided on how many RGB strips im doing yet. But my question is can I just use a splitter for the extra fan or is there a better way to sync the fan and RGB together so the system works in harmony? Bonus points! Can I sync the RGB front display of my case with ICUE and if so how?
Merci
  6. Hi, I'm planning on changing my first build and I was wondering about fan compatibility. I currently have 2 stock fans, and 3 Corsair SP120 RGB Fans, although the system isn't up and running yet, I've attached the included RGB Hub to the case and connected the correct wires. I'm considering upgrading my 2 stock fans to 2x LL140 RGB fans, I noticed that these come with (what looks to me to be a different Hub) and was wondering whether I could simply remove the old Hub, and attach all 5 Corsair to the Hub that came with my LL140's. Has anyone got experience with a similar setup and could let me know whether this would work? Or what alternatives are there
  7. Hello, I have 9 LL120 fans, 4 Corsair RGB LED strips, and 1 Corsair H150i RGB AIO. The fans came with 1 fan hub and 1 Lighting Node Pro each. Not to mention, I have ample SATA connectors for the PSU already. I believe my motherboard has 2 usb 2.0 ports and 2 fan headers (3 if you include the CPU fan header). What do I need to get this build up and running in the most cost effective way? I am unsure if connectors, splitters, or a commander pro would be neccessary. Thank you so much in advance!
  8. I have a question concerning some RGB fans. I am want to put some LL120 fans in my Phanteks 719 case but I am having a hard time figuring out how connect the RGB and power between all of them. I am super new to this so I have no idea how any of this really works I know that each fans has two cords and one is for power and the other is for RGB. I have looked at the commander pro and I can power 6 fans off of that but how are you supposed to control the RGB? I have also looked into the CORSAIR RGB Fan LED Hub but I can't seem to find those anywhere and according to the pinned note I can control the RGB with this. I am wanting to power and control 10 fans but I am not sure how. Basically I have no idea what I would need or how I would go about this. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
  9. Hi I am confused right now as I'm going back and forth between corsair on Facebook and discord now my set up case is Corsair 680x and the fans I will be using will be 3x QL120 for the front 2x QL140 for the bottom 2x QL120 for the top with the AIO And 1xQL 140 for the exhaust and corsair RGB strips Now the only diagram close was this one to help me wire this up was ….. so I asked the question to corsair on Facebook but was taking a long time to get back to me so I found a corsair chat on discord who explained I should use the commander pro with the Node core but then corsair got back to me and said this is incorrect I need to use the RGB hub with the commander pro But everyone I ask says that the QL is to power full for the RGB hub if I'm running like 6 can anyone help me please So do I use the commander pro with the RGB hub with my QL fans and Strips or do I use the commander pro with the node CORE with my QL fans and strips
  10. So I recently bought a 465x who cames with 3 LL120 and i also bought a H100i who cames with 2 ML120, and to complete the 6 fans i brouth one more ML120 to the back part of the case have only MLs fans. So my question is, if i connect this only last ML120 with the other LL120 on the Lighting controler of the case i will be able to control his RGB or not? If the answer to this last question is no, can I connect this single ML fan to a Lighting Node Pro where will have a led stripe already connected
  11. So recently i brougth a corsair 465x icue who came with 3 LL120 RGB and i also brougth a H100i RGB Platinum who cames with 2 ML120 so to complete the one space left on the computer i brougth one more ML120 but recently i discovered that you only can have one type of fans in the Lighting Node Core so finaly my question is there some way that i can control the light of this third ML120 or i will have to give him back to the shop?:[pouts:
  12. Hi all, First of all, apologies if this is in the wrong section. Anyway I am looking at building a new pc soon and im getting a little confused about how to connect all the rgb fans up (Even after looking at Zotty's guide). This is my current build plan (ignore the gpu.. not decided on 20 series or run older 980 till 30 series) https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Venrith/saved/Nck27P So I know the triple fan packs come with a lighting node pro. So I am thinking I need just 1 commander pro? or will I need a second? Im thinking of adding a couple of rgb strips too. Do I need any RGB fan led hubs too? Just a little confusing as my last build was pre rgb everything days lol and I would like to make sure I order everything I need. Thanks
  13. Hi all. I am in UK and need help. Hi. I bought Corsair HD140 fans thinking they will just connect to the motherboard directly. After receiving it i can see that although one wire will connect to my Msi mpg x570 gaming edge wifi motherboard but that won't allow the motherboard to control the led lights in the fan. I now bought the coursair rgb hub seeing an youtub video where the other rgb wire from the fan will connect to this hun and from the hub another wire can connect directly to the motherboard jcoursair pins on the motherboard. Now that i have received the coursair rgb controller it didn't come with the wire that connect to motherboard. Can you please tell me how and where i get this from?
