So my Brother got an used Dark Core RGB quite a while ago and now gave it to me. But when i tried connecting it, it would only work wired. I tried a lot of things and found out that there is a firmware Update for the mouse. The big problem though is that for it to Update, it requieres a wireless USB-receiver, which we do not have due to it being bought used. How can i connect my Mouse using Bluetooth? (It does support Bluetooth connection) Do I need the Firmware Update for it to Work? How can i get it without the receiver?
I've been trying to get a hold of support for nearly 2 weeks now and I've heard nothing. I put in a case on the 7th about about my mouse that's started failing after only a year. Bare in mind I've had no replacement since then because I'm hoping to get it covered by warranty. I don't care if I get a reply back saying no. I just want a reply. I know there's the issue with the corona virus right now which is giving the support team an influx of questions but 10 days so far is ridiculous. Is there any other way I can get a hold of this team outside of email if I'm not in the US? Because this is having a big effect on the only thing keeping me going in this isolation period.
Hi guys! this is my firs post on this forum. i'm going to buy new case and new cooling system for my RIG. i was oriented on the 115i pro rgb and a Corsair Obsidian Series 750D airflow. now my problem is that on the specification of the case on the Corsair site, the 115i doesn't appears in the compatible coolers list but they write that 280 mm coolers can fit in this case. so, can anyone tell me if that those two components are compatible or not ?
