Hello everyone, So I have a new XD3 pump. Whenever I boot my PC or wake it, the pump runs at full speed before settling down to my speed set in iCue. That being said, this XD3 is replacing a XD5 I had and that pump didn't create any noise on boot/wake. I have it plugged into port #6 on my Commander Pro, and also tried setting the fan type as "4 pin" and "auto" to no avail. Auto makes it run at roughly medium speed for about 5 seconds, while 4 pin makes it run at max speed for about 1 second. How can I set the pump to make no noise when booting/waking like my XD5 did? Thanks.

My computer has not been posting for the past few days. All of the lights come on and the fans spin up, but then, a few seconds later, everything restarts. I opened up my PC and noticed that one of the cables on the splitter attached to the H100i v2 is broken (not the fan cable, but one of the cables that plugs into the unit itself). I was wondering if there is some login within the unit that tells the computer to automatically shut down if there is no current between one of the PWM cables as a safe measure. As a test, I stripped back some of the wire and tried my best to tie the two ends of the wire together and put some electrical tape over it. I still had the same problem, but I'm not the best handyman, and I'm not sure if the connection is good (I don't have a multimeter). Additionally, I noticed that when I try to boot, the two fans connected to the unit spin up for a second and then stop (while the case fans continue spinning). Is this normal behaviour pre-post since not too much cooling is required at that point. Also, if the problem lies elsewhere (motherboard, ram etc) would I be able to use a PWM splitter and put both fans into one of the inputs on the unit, knowing that I would only be able to control the fans as one unit?

I recently built a new system. My first one in years. All was working well until I updated my system and decided to run the RAM at the advertised speed. I purchased a Gigabyte GA-AX370-Gaming 5 and Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM: CMR16GX4M2C3000C15 It worked until I switched the RAM from the default of 2133 to run at 3000. Now it won't post. The reason I want to know if I can reset the RAM, is because the LED colors on them won't go back to the default rainbow effect which I assume it should if the bios was really reset, right? They stay the same color in every slot. One is blue the other orange. The fact they're not going back to the rainbow makes me think they are still trying to run at the speed which won't let it post, and have remembered that value.
