Hello I purchased this case and it came with two fans. The back fan works just fine but the front fan won't spin. I believe the front fan is broken and I need a replacement if someone from corsair can help me with that? Here's what I have tried to debug the issue and why I think its a matter of the fan being defective: I have plugged the back fan into all fan ports on my motherboard and it works, so I dont think its a motherboard issue. I have tried completely unplugging the back fan and only plugging in the front fan and it still doesnt work I have tried plugging in both fans and looking at the fans section of the motherboard software app thing and it lists an RPM speed for both ports that the fans are plugged into but the front fan still doesnt spin Thanks

PSU is Corsair AX1200i. Is this situation from topic title normal? Shoud fan always spin on self-test button pressed? I run self test while only 230v power cable connected to PSU. No any other cables connected. PSU lies on dielectric wooden clean office table. P.S. I know instructions manual says fan should spin on self-test button pressed, but why test status LED shows green light then if fan failed to spin on start? It is obviously not "green" situation.

Hey, i recently bought some SP120 RGB fans ( with the fan hub), they light up and i can control the lights via the ICue software, but none of them are spinning? Plugged the SATA cable from the fan hub into the sata on my PSU, made sure the fans are properly plugged in, read online i might need to go into the BIOS to change from PMW to DC, but i have no DC option from what i can see, all i have is auto, voltage, and PMW (unless i'm in the wrong place), i have a gigabyte motherboard, (according to PCPartPicker they are compatible I know i shouldn't rely on that but i had nothing else to go off :p ), could anyone help?
