  1. I set up the colors on my mouse how i like them. The colors stay as long as im signed into my account. I can close CUE and still have my colors but as soon as I sign out of my account it reverts to a yellow color. When i sign back it my colors go back.
  2. So I just picked up a Scimitar Pro RGB the other day, and I haven't fully set it up yet but noticed that in the DPI settings, it has 5 DPI settings that it can switch through, but only 3 of them are enabled and I can't figure out how to enable the other two. I click the switch next to the two that are currently disabled, and it doesn't switch them on. How do I switch these on so I have all 5 DPI presets available to set and switch through rather than just the 3? I can provide a screenshot showing what I mean if needed when I get home later today.
  3. I've been using my m65 mouse for many months now without a problem, only until recently, it has acted a bit buggy. Once my cursor reaches a certain speed, it freezes, and then a second later, appears further away from the freezing point in the direction than it was originally moving in. This only happens when the corsair utility engine is running, and not when it's process is canceled. However, the engine has many benefits that I would like to make use of. If anyone can help, please do. Thanks
  4. Hey all. Recently purchased a Glaive on Amazon, upgraded from my Sabre RGB. I love the mouse, however the first one I got had a lot of play on the left mouse button click (you could wiggle the button up and down without actually clicking) and there was a hard click after pressing down firmly, as if part of the button was being caught on something and came off of it and slammed down. Upon research I decided to return it to Amazon and just go get one from Best Buy. I tested the one on display and it did none of the things the one I had did. Bought a brand new one, this time both buttons have play and wriggle freely and the left mouse button has that same weird issue when you press down firmly on it. Should I take this one back and get yet another one? Or is this to be expected of this mouse? If so, I'm disappointed. But from what I've heard from other users, their buttons are firmly in place.
  5. I posted this in other forums, but considering that my issue is now only when I move my Corsair mouse, I've decided it is probably specific to this product and that I should probably post my issue here. First noticed this in WoW, but at this point it happens in all games AND everywhere else on my computer. I could be typing in browser and if I nudge my mouse, my FPS will dip to like 5-10 FPS. Initially it was only when I moved my mouse itself, but it was also an issue with my mousepad as well for a short amount of time as well. The mousepad solved itself, not sure how or why. I've run malware scans and taken care of any potential issues there, however I doubt that would've been causing an inconvenience such as this. I repaired the install on corsair utility engine and I've totally uninstalled the program as well. I've updated my mouse drivers. Nothing seems to help the issue and I haven't seen any other sort of advice here or anywhere else about this. Unsure what to do at this point and also unsure if this is even the best place to be posting this, but I'm hopeful. If you have any advice on a solution or a better place to ask this question, I appreciate any responses of the nature. Mouse is a Corsair Scimitar RGB and I run on Windows 10. In addition, I have discovered that it only causes lag on the window that I have in the fore front. So if I have a video playing on youtube in the background, but some other window in front of it like my control panel, moving the mouse won't cause any issue with the video. However, when I switch to the window with youtube playing, moving the mouse at all causes terrible FPS drops.
