  1. Got the M65 rgb wireless as a birthday present for myself. after a days worth of use I noticed a very annoying squeak when i took my headset off, i'm not sure what to do... Please help me as the mouse was only purchased a week ago
  2. New M65 RGB Ultra - the right mouse button stopped working after a few minutes. Uninstalled old version of iCUE, and deleted all mouse drivers: mouse button works - install new version of iCUE (iCUESetup_4.15.153_release) - mouse button works for a minute or two...then stops responding. The mouse button worked long enough to record some macros in iCUE - but then stopped. Odd thing is that the macro would run and perform the right mouse button action, even though the button itself did not respond. I have managed to get the mouse button to work by switching off all the RGB features and not installing iCUE. To do this I held Mouse Button 4 and 5 while plugging in the mouse and it flashed for a bit then started working. I don't know what this does, but only the DPI LED is lit now. It also looks like I need to delete the stored profile on the mouse in order to get the right mouse button to be restored.. I could not get the mouse to reset by pressing Left and Right mouse button and plugging in. As soon as I install iCUE then the right mouse button stops working. Tested on a laptop with no iCUE installed and when the mouse is in the state of not responding to right mouse button clicks, seems to persist across machines, until the reset thing was done. I also have a STRAFE Keyboard that has a profile in iCUE - no issues with that. Any help appreciated. StephenGx
  3. I love the m65 it has been my favorite mouse I have had 3 in total (2 black and 1 white one)and I did try the g502 and broke the middle click on it as well as 2 of my m65's 1: my first issue with is mouse was on my first m65 I broke the scroll wheel middle click function and would like to figure out if I can buy a replacement scroll wheel anywhere this also happened to my second one and I completely broke the scroll wheel off on that one and I also broke the scroll wheel on my g502 but didn't like it anyway 2: I recently purchased a white m65 and when I put the mouse on any of the lighting link preset profiles the cursor lags out and glitches across the screen. It is impossible to use
  4. I've been using my m65 mouse for many months now without a problem, only until recently, it has acted a bit buggy. Once my cursor reaches a certain speed, it freezes, and then a second later, appears further away from the freezing point in the direction than it was originally moving in. This only happens when the corsair utility engine is running, and not when it's process is canceled. However, the engine has many benefits that I would like to make use of. If anyone can help, please do. Thanks
  5. Hello Corsair, I have just been using your M65 RGB Mice for 2,5 years now and i really like it. But sudddenly this morning my mice sensor suddenly just stopped working i haven't dropped it the night before or did anything dump with it. and because its just half a year after my warrenty i cant trade it in at my retailer. Sorry for the bad English I am Dutch ;) Thank you in advance :) Bye, :praise:
  6. The sniper button recently broke or came loose and I was wondering how to remove the side of the mouse so I could get at the button and see what's wrong. There are plenty of videos explaining how to get the back off, but none on removing the side. Also, will removing the side of the mouse void the warranty?
  7. Hello just got my m65 pro (white) today everything is working fine except that one of the weights (the one at the bottom) is stuck unlike the others after unscrewing the screw it does not fall out. Would i be able to get it out if i open up the mouse? (don't want to do it unless i absolutely must) or any other suggestions thanks.
