  1. Ok, hear me out: Can we please fix the button issue with the main tower so that when I press it, it can act as an on/off switch? perhaps add this to the iCUE software in a future update or something? I leave my computer on 24/7 and have the iCUE nexus on to show me my CPU/GPU temps at all times. I just turn off the monitor when not home or going to sleep. I don't want to have to shut down the iCUE software because it also shuts off the NEXUS display. So, I just unplug the power cable to the towers for the night. I don't see why using that button as an on/off switch is a problem. Unless I'm doing something wrong, this isn't working as a power button and upon googling everyone has this issue.
  2. Hi What is the most stable version of iCue that works for you? My problem is that iCue either a) Crashes randomly and irrecoverably needing a restart. b) Crashes randomly, is able to be restarted, crashes again rinse repeat ad nauseum. c) I have 5 peripherals. M65 mouse, K70 rgb mk2 lp keyboard, mm800 pad, lt100 & ls100 towers & lights. Any or all will disappear randomly. iCue says no devices found d) I have 7 profiles set up, assigned to different programs. Randomly they won't work, or don't change when switching programs. Is ther a version that you use that just works? Any help, suggestions would be appreciated. Things I have tried. - Reinstalling - Uninstalling and reinstalling. - Uninstalling. Restart. Removing all instances/drivers as per Corsair FAQ. Restarting. Installing. Restarting. - Removing individual peripherals and reinstalling after a reboot. - Installing iCue anc then adding peripherals individually. Thanks!
  3. Does anyone know how to obtain an extra headset holder for the LT100 towers? I'd like to hang a second headset, but can't find anywhere where the holder can be purchased.
  4. Hi, I purchased the LT100 starter kit this week, installed iCue 4 and set up my towers. The towers are detected, I can arrange their position and use all lighting features perfectly, except for Video Lighting. Everything else is seamless but I can't get anything to light up on the Video Lighting setting. The two towers just go blank and nothing works. I tried using iCue 3 instead, same result. I have an ultrawide monitor but can't see any settings to select screen or screen size. Anyone have any idea why this would be please?
Bon je me dis problème driver windows hein. Ci joint Capture DXDIAG

Now my friend has the LS100 starter kit and for him it works on the web-netflix. but i just cant make it work. is it a bug on my part or maybe on corsair ICUE? (btw im running LS100 starter pack+LT100 starter pack)
Merci
  8. Hello Corsair Friends, I looked for a way to send this to you directly but I do not see anywhere on your contacts page that allows for a direct e-mail for feedback. As such I'll post my feedback here. I am a heavy Corsair user. I run the 1000D case with full Hydro X setup. I also sport various corsair keyboards and mice over the years, as well as a few headsets for the household. I am a bit of a fan (to say the least) and heavily invested in the Corsair ecosystem. I just received a complete Corsair LT100 starter kit and two expansion towers from Amazon. The packages arrived in good shape with no noticeable damage on the boxes or products themselves. Unfortunately this is the only positive note from this experience. Here are the details: 1. The Corsair LT100 Starter kit was defective out of the box. Only the primary light tower was detected by my PC and the second tower was completely unresponsive. 2. The first expansion kit I opened up did not have the correct "Y-Splitter" RGB cable, only a single RGB link cable. This rendered the expansion kit useless. 3. The second expansion kit DID come with the correct "Y-Splitter" RGB cable, but I found this cable to be faulty. The behavior description: The second expansion tower did not respond correctly when connected to the Y-splitter RGB cable. When I manipulated the cable in my hands, the tower would flash erratically, suggesting a faulty connection/ground on the RGB cable itself. At the cost of over $250.00, the quality of this kit was very poor. The experience was so disheartening that I have decided to return the entire setup via Amazon for full refund. I hope this feedback serves to help address what is clearly a QA issue for this product line. Thank you for your time and be safe!
  9. Hi, I have Multiple Kits of the LS100, and a set of LT100. I cant get the video lighting to work. i have 2 1080p Monitors and a 1440p Main monitor. They all show up in icue, but when set to video lighting they do absolutely nothing. I checked the logs and it appears the screen capture is not working, does anyone have any solutions. Ive tried running as admin, fresh reinstall etc but nothing works. This is the error i get in the logs " 2020-10-10T14:51:29 I cue.screen_capture.impl_win32: Restarting screen capture because ScreenCapture::GetLastError() is: ScreenCapture::ErrorCode("InvalidArg") 2020-10-10T14:51:29 C cue.screen_capture.impl_win32: Failed to start screen capture routine 2020-10-10T14:51:31 I cue.screen_capture.impl_win32: Restarting screen capture because ScreenCapture::GetLastError() is: ScreenCapture::ErrorCode("InvalidArg") 2020-10-10T14:51:31 C cue.screen_capture.impl_win32: Failed to start screen capture routine 2020-10-10T14:51:32 I cue.screen_capture.impl_win32: Restarting screen capture because ScreenCapture::GetLastError() is: ScreenCapture::ErrorCode("InvalidArg") 2020-10-10T14:51:32 C cue.screen_capture.impl_win32: Failed to start screen capture routine " log.zip
  10. Hi, so I have an LT100 starter kit connected and the video lighting seems reversed. I have my main light on the right side and have reversed them in the icue software but for some reason my left light seems to be upside down. For example when something lights up my screen on the bottom left, the lighting turns on the top left and then moves in the opposite direction. All software is updated. Edit: When editing the lighting manually in the software all lights light up correctly.
  11. I recently got a set of LT100 Lighting Towers. I wanted to use them more like decorative lamps however, which meant they needed to be some distance from my PC. The devices have a few built-in lighting presets, but these presets lack the customization that I would like. I then decided to see if I could make them wireless, and do it cheaply as well. I am aware of existing commercial wireless USB repeaters but didn't want to spend $50+ so I figured out how to do it myself. All in all, this project cost me less than $20. Here is a terrible MS Paint drawing explaining how it works: Supplies Needed: Raspberry Pi (I used a Zero W because it's cheap and has WiFi, but any WiFi enabled Pi will do) microSD Card (8GB or larger) USB-OTG cable microUSB Cable USB power adapter Instructions: 1. Follow this tutorial to get your Pi up and running in headless mode. 2. Install the VirtualHere server onto the Pi by typing the following commands into the SSH terminal you opened in Step 1: wget https://www.virtualhere.com/sites/default/files/usbserver/vhusbdarm sudo chmod +x ./vhusbdarm sudo mv vhusbdarm /usr/sbin 3. Make VirtualHere server run on boot so your Pi continues to work after power loss by creating a file at this location /etc/systemd/system/virtualhere.service containing this code: (you can do this by typing sudo nano /etc/systemd/system/virtualhere.service, pasting the contents below, pressing CTRL-O to save and CTRL-X to exit.) [unit] Description=VirtualHere USB Sharing Requires=networking.service After=networking.service [service] ExecStartPre=/bin/sh -c 'logger VirtualHere settling...;sleep 1s;logger VirtualHere settled' ExecStart=/usr/sbin/vhusbdarm Type=idle [install] WantedBy=multi-user.target 4. Type these into the terminal to start the VirtualHere service systemctl daemon-reload systemctl enable virtualhere systemctl start virtualhere 5. Plug the microUSB cable from the power adapter into the power socket on your Pi. 6. Connect the LS100 to the Pi 's USB port using the OTG adapter. 7. Install the VirtualHere Client for Windows 8. In the VirtualHere Client, find your Pi and expand the list. You should see a CORSAIR iCUE Smart Lighting Tower. Right-click on the LT100, and check the Auto-Use Device box. 9. Your LT100 should now show up in iCUE. I hope this guide was helpful, and if you have any questions feel free to post a reply to this thread. This same method should work in theory for any other iCUE-controlled device you wish to make wireless.
