I'm using iCUE 3.28.70 on Windows 10 Pro (ver 1909). As soon as I lock the screen, my QL120 / QL140 RGB fans revert to the "Hardware Lighting" colors that I've set. These colors should only be applied when iCUE is not running but they activate as soon as I lock. I feel like this is a huge disappointment cause I cannot leave my PC unlocked just to show off the lighting effects. :mad: :[pouts: Corsair, please fix this ASAP!

Hello, One day I set a macro on a macro key with iCue: press 2 keyboard keys. This macro used to work either in a normal windows session and in lock screen. Several months later I changed the pressed keys combination of this macro. This macro works well in opened windows session. But when I am in lock screen my led colors change and don't follow my setup and my macros don't work as expected. They simply don't follow my profile setup. Instead when I press the macro button I've got the old macro (the first one) which is executed, even if it doesn't exists anymore. Set up: - Win10 - Corsair K55 RGB (maj 30.08) - iCue (maj 3.25.60) Please give me some help!

Every time I lock my Windows 10 computer these fans go into full freakout rainbow mode. I have 6 ml120 and they are on the front of my PC. Can you PLEASE fix this asap so I don't feel like I'm on a bad trip every time I lock my computer. This is an absurd and annoying flaw. At least let me know where to look if I want to fix this myself. Is it something windows is doing (made sure all USB ports are constantly on) or simply a POORLY thought out "feature" in the code of iCUE itself? Thank You.

Hello and sorry in advance if there is already a thread about but i wasn't able to locate it. When i power up my computer all the CUE 2 profiles can change automatically based on the application i am using at the moment ( and that i have linked to the profiles ) but if i leave my computer for some time and it locks and then i unlock it it stays to the default profile that i have set and it doen't change. If i open the CUE2 software and try to change the profiles manually i observed that on the one hand they change but on the other hand neither the macros work nor the lightning effect changes. If i exit CUE2 and realunch it everything works again but as you can guess i cannot constantly do this. Is there any suggestions or maybe any known solution ?
