  1. I had just finished my new build that has six fans (3 SP120 rgb pros, and 3 LL120 Rgbs) I had set it up and got it working just fine with a Node pro and Rgb hub. But I had decided to switch the fans into different spots, moving their cable to different ports as well. Now for whatever reason, there are 2 different fans synced up to 2 other fans with the lighting. All of them light up just fine, but when I go into lighting setup the two that seemed to have synced with other fans don't light up. I can provide more info if needed.
  2. Hi all, I have a problem in iCue that i have no idea how to solve or what would be causing it. In iCue, if I select a profile that includes the colour white on any RGB product or I do instant lighting and make it white then my PC instantly shuts down, the boots in safe mode. I cannot remove the colour white from them profiles because as soon as i click on that profile my PC shuts down. If i play a game that triggers that profile them my PC shuts down. Pretty much anything that causes the lights to be white makes my PC shut down. I never had this problem until I bought the Corsair RGB LED Lighting PRO Expansion Kit. I got 2 LNP Expansion kits and connected them to my existing LNP. I have 6 strips on 1 channel and the other 2 on another channel. Since I got them ive been having this problem.
  3. Hi all, New to this forum so apologies for creating another thread on this issue but not sure if my problem is the same as others... Got my build a few months back and decided to add in LL fans (3x120 & 2x140). Hooked them up with no problems and fans were working perfectly. Had a normal exhaust fan that came with my case (Corsair Obsidian 500D) so I replaced with another LL 120 fan, but upon swapping this that's when the problem started. Everything lights up fine when booting apart from one, which seems to start flickering in a different manner to my other fans. When choosing a static colour, white is fine but one little section shows off a different colour on the outer ring, but when choosing another colour, it doesn't change and shows multiple colours. When playing The Division 2, it doesn't want to behave like my other fans colour wise. RMA'ed the lighting node and received the new one, replaced but yet the same problem. I've tried rebooting my system as people have said on the other threads, changed the corsairservice to manual as suggested but still the same problem. I hope it's not my fan/s that is the problem and just the iCUE software that needs to be looked at....any solutions/advice would be great Thanks in advance
  4. I am having an issue since the last patch. My lighting keeps flickering and reverting back to rainbow wave and also going off and back on, this has happened since the last icue update, ive tried hard resetting my lighting node, downdating to the last version of icue and so far the only way i can get my lighting to work is to use the Link software. I have checked the power cable and the motherboard connector and it definatly seems to be a software issue of sorts or it wouldn't be working on link....... can anyone help with this please?
  5. So today I updated my ICUE software to the new v3.5.1.1 and after restarting my computer with the update finished I realised there was a lighting bug with my keyboard, on the Corsair Strafe (non-RGB) as the title says. The bug consists in: When using the wave effect on your keyboard the keys "F1", "TAB" and the one above "TAB" (don't know how to name that) are completely blank, the lights dont light up ever on the keys, they do with everything else but now with the wave effect. Also they key "1" doesn't light up too except when the wave is starting, where is does a quick flash instead of going along with the wave. I should note that my Corsair Strafe has a Portuguese layout just in case it is an exception on it. Please get this fixed asap
  6. Hello, I just reinstalled Windows 10 Pro x64 after a bad install of the Spring Creators update and since installing CUE, it's had problems working. Problem 1. CUE does not save lighting to memory of my M65 Pro. I hit save, but there is no confirmation of anything happening. The lighting profile turns off if a) CUE is closed, b) the computer is restarted, c) Windows goes into screen saver mode. Before reinstalling Windows, the lighting profile remained the same as long the PC was on. 2. When the program is started at system startup, there is a USB disconnect sound. If I disable CUE at system startup, the sound does not play. 3. There is considerable stutter in one game (World of Warships) when using this mouse. When I switch to my Logitech M705 the stutter goes away. What I've tried 1. Complete reinstall, including registry cleanup. 2. Three different versions, 2.24.50, 2.23.40, and 2.16.87. 3. Changing the polling rate. (For game stutter) 4. Creating different CUE profiles. Of note: These issues were not present before I reinstalled Windows, CUE has worked flawlessly up until now. Current version I'm using is 2.24.50. I'm not really sure on what else to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
  7. I am having a remarkable amount of trouble trying to come up with solutions to why my Corsair Lighting Node Pro and the 4 LED strips that come with is will never remain working after a reboot of the PC. I have tried the firmware solutions that have been suggested to everyone else, as well as trying to connect to several different USB hubs on the MOBO. I have even tried sever different SATA connections to the node itself, nothing seems to keep the lights working after I reboot the computer. Sometimes the will come on and be recognized by Corsair Link, then after I am finished customizing the lights to my liking, I restart the computer to make sure everything is working the way that I want them to. But every reboot they turn off. At this point I can only assume that my Corsair CX750M PSU isnt supplying them with enough power on reboot and the wont turn on for that reason. I am unsure how to tell if my PSU gives out enough voltage to handle the light strips, but i would like to find out if I will be able to use these strips or if I'm going to have to take them back to the store. Any advice would be helpful, I've been working on this for two straight days and it's beginning to get a bit frustrating. Thank you!
