hello, I have corsair strafe keyboard and today B key didn't work. When I tried to reset it the same steps I found in corsair website (https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025465031-How-to-Reset-your-keyboard) the keys : Y H 6 as well as B stopped working. What should I do ?

So this is something I've had happen to me once before, but while I've assigned my Corsair Scimitar Pro RGB's number keys to specific number and symbol keys, sometimes when I boot my system up it doesn't fail to see the mouse as being connected but it does fail to recognise the use of these number keys for some reason. Plugging it back out and in doesn't make a difference when it comes to that, nor does restarting the software, just a hard reboot will do the job. Is this a firmware issue with the mouse, an issue with the current version of iCUE or what? This didn't really happen often before, so I'm kind of wondering what's the deal with this. Hi everyone, I have been encountering this issue with my K55 keyboard and do not know how to fix it, as I don't know what causes it. For some reason,certain keys on my keyboard stop working and do not register input, but I bought the keyboard brand new. The macro button, and window lock button do not work, as well as my control, tilde, numbers 5 and 6, insert, home, page up, delete, and Certain f keys do not work. I have already tried uninstalling and resetting the drivers as well as updating the firmware via iCue. At this point, i have no idea what to do as I'm at a loss. That being said, i had this problem before but it resolved on its own, when I accidentally touched one of the macro keys. Anyone have any clue as to what's going on? Thanks, RawrItsRobert

Hello everybody, i bought my RGB Strafe a little over 2 years ago and it has always served me well. Until now. I don't have any warranty on it anymore which makes this problem a little bit harder for me to fix. The whole thing started with my "a" key acting weird, sometimes it registered one key stroke as two, or it didn't react at all. But occasionally it worked normally. After some time i got fed up with it and i changed to a different, older keyboard as a substitute. In the few weeks my Strafe was unplugged, the problem has somehow worsened. I tried it out yesterday, and now the scattering has spread to almost every key on the board. My suspicion is, that this is some kind of software related problem, based off the fact that the scattering has somehow spread. I do not believe it's possible that a mechanical defect on one key causes all other keys to fail. I have already used the CUI to try and update and reset the fimware on the keyboard. Nothing helped. UPDATE: The reset buton located on the back of the keyboard doesn't seem to have any effect. Am i interpreting this problem wrong? Any help on what to do and how to possibly fix my beloved keyboard would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

Well I've had this keyboard for over half a year now and now for some reason, the E and K keys do not work ( I am using my STRAFE RGB as of this moment because of this) at first the keyboard wasn't showing the right lights and some keys weren't working like they're being unresponsive :!: at least the lights work and now Y just realized when I press the Y key once it and yes I am certain I am pressing it once it duplicates the Y and makes it yyy y is the only key that I've noticed doing this I've also been aware that there is a soft reset and a hard reset can anyone help me out?

So I have bought the Corsair Strafe RGB AZERTY around 2 months ago. I am really happy about it. But I have a problem. The keys 4, 5 and 6 do not work. But this also means that the other symbols that you type in on those keys don't work. These symbols are: ' ( § (copied them from wikipedia). The strange thing is that these keys used to work before. And they still do when I try to log in on my PC (inserting password). This means that it isn't a hardware issue. I've deleted and reinstalled Corsair CUE. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
