Hi, just bought this headset last week and received it yesterday, after using it all day yesterday and for a couple of hours today, the audio since I set it up has been very choppy, with the game sound just cutting in and out every couple of seconds. This has been most noticeable in Halo Infinite and strangely a little bit less in Apex Legends. I have updated my Xbox Series X, my Elite 2 controller and updated the firmware of the headset via my PC and the ICUE software (although my Xbox still shows in the Accessories app that the headset is still on Version 1.0.1.0), and none of these have stopped the problem. Does anyone have a solution for this or any help at all? -
Apenas el día de hoy compré los audífonos HS75 XB y como dice en el instructivo los puse a cargar ya que apenas es la primera vez, la cuestión es que los conecté a mi laptop alrededor de 4 horas, durante ese periodo de tiempo el led (color ámbar) se apagó varias veces, primero después de una hora y luego dentro de cortos plazos de tiempo, esto pasó unas 3 veces. Decidí conectarlos a la consola (series x) y seguían cargando y también se apagó la luz, aunque solo una vez. Cada vez que sucedía esto los desconectaba y conectaba para que volviera a aparecer la luz prendida, hasta el momento llevan cinco horas cargándose en el xbox y no ha cambiado en ningún momento el led a color blanco, solo se ha apagado la luz como ya dije. ¿Es normal que suceda esto y que tarden tanto en cargar? (Por cierto no he actualizado el software, pero tampoco los he usado ni una vez). -
Hey, Ich habe das Headset erst vor 2 Tagen bekommen und leider funktioniert jetzt nichts mehr. Es leuchtet nicht, es wird keine Audio mehr ausgegeben und auch sonstige Knöpfe funktionieren nicht mehr. Es wird von der iCUE Software jedoch als das Headset was es ist erkannt. Zur Vorgeschichte: Ich habe heute ein Firmware Update gemacht und habe jetzt die Version 3.0.2 des Headsets. Meine iCUE Version lautet 3.35.152 Als ich das Headset an einen anderen Laptop angeschlossen habe wurde es mir zunächst als "SDHM bootloader" angezeigt. Habe daraufhin etwas recherchiert und herausgefunden, dass bereits einige Headsets zuvor Probleme mit dem bootloader mode hatten. Leider habe ich keine Lösung für das aktuelle Headset gefunden. Wenn ich ein Firmware Update erzwinge ändert es nichts am Zustand. Vielleicht kann mir ja hier jemand helfen!
