sorry if this is a bad post 1st post... I have had a pair of corsair void pros for a while and when ever I am playing a game I have noticed occasionally that my audio will become unaligned and it completely ruins games for me. For example I play escape from tarkov and occasionally mid raid my will become flipped but on a complete 180 my forwards and backwards audio is still fine but my hearing on my right and left will be flipped. This also happens in league of legends. I do not know how to fix this I have updated my drivers on corsair and nvidia. The only fix I know to this is to restart my computer and it can still happen after the restart. I want to play my games where audio is crucial and not have to worry about not having accurate audio. Please Help.

When I plug in my headset, windows keeps making the sound of something being plugged in and out and sometimes it doesn't charge while plugged in, also it turns off randomly while charging but this does not happen while not being charged. Help this is really frustrating.

I recently bought the headset, and I can't get it to play any sound other that the beeps when you plug it in and the voice prompts. I have it plugged into a USB 3 slot on the back of my PC, Windows recognized it as a device, and it's drivers/firmware is up to date. I've tried a force reinstall of the drivers, but it didn't do anything. Anybody have any solutions?

I have a 4 month old Corsair Void Pro wireless headset. I've installed and updated iCue. For some reason, I have excellent audio in games, such as Blizzard games (Hero's of the Storm, Starcraft), or in PUBG. But in desktop, even with audio output selected as Corsair Void Pro, I get 0 output. Occasionally I can hear it very dimly, with everything maxed out, but it's frustrating. I've been using another headset for watching movies since I can't use these. Am I missing a setting? Windows 10 btw. Any suggestions?

Is there anyway that I can fix it? cuz I just got them and I would be upset if I have to send them back to amazon and wait a week until I get a new one. Thanks for the help and my english's not the best kek.
