  1. Hey everyone. I own the void elite headset. I have owned it for a few months now and it has been working perfectly fine. Today I hop in discord and no one can hear me. I tested my audio with three different online testers and still nothing. I combed my settings making sure it was compatible and allowed access to as well. I also un installed Icue and tried different versions of icue as well and still nothing. I also updated windows 10. Any tips or a fix?
  2. Hey, I am searching since months for new Earpads for my Void RGB wireless hs. The earpads are slighty bigger than the earpads from the Void RGB Pro Headset which is why I have difficulties to find something for my headset. The website is selling these exact earpads for my headset but they are not shipping it to europe. Maybe one of you can help me to find these earpads for my headset becauese I am quite lost atm.   3. After the latest update to icue, my microphone issues began. It no longer turns on no matter what, the red light on the microphone is always on telling me its off. The button on the earcup that is supposed to turn it on and off no longer functions, except to turn side tone on and off.
  4. soo today i just bought this headset for 85$, and i cant even get it to work on "Bluetooth & other device" it shows as: "Corsair VOID PRO USB Gaming Headset Driver error" and when i try to update the driver from Device maneger i get an error that says: "Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them. USB Audio Device One of the installers for this device cannot perform the installation at this time. If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit their website and check the support section for drivers." but iCUE can detect the headset and can even change the color what do i do? if i dont get this fixed soon then ill have no other option than return it and get a refund which is something i want to avoid
  5. Hi, I have an issue with my corsair void pro rgb wireless. My mic works, but I can't hear anything. My headset is detected in windows as well in icue. When I turn on the headset I can hear the beeps.
