  1. Hey I bought the Virtuoso RGB Wireless XT a while ago now, never had any problems except having to replace torn earcups. A couple days ago my mic just stopped working altogether on PC. Everything is detected as normal, no errors but it just won't work. I also tried on my laptop and got the same result. However it works fine on Xbox Series X with the 3.5mm port from controller to headset in wireless mode with mic. Things i've tried: Tried both wireless and wired on PC. Fully Charged. Reinstalled drivers and forced update (both dongle and headset in wired mode.) Power cycled headset like 20 times. Checked all volume levels and privacy settings to make sure it has permission and isn't muted. Restarted PC Restored PC to previous point It's worth noting the headset is NOT damaged so I highly doubt it's a hardware issue, especially as it's working through 3.5mm on Xbox. I won't reinstall windows though, I have too much to lose.
  3. Trying to find out how common of an issue this is... The Microphone that Ive received from two different Virtuoso SE's are loose near the connector, close to where the mic mute button is. Does it get worse over time? If so, How have you dealt with the problem? Did you notice it straight away?
  4. I have never really had issues with this headset, but now as soon as I use my microphone all that comes out is extremely loud blowing noises. It's... Really bad, at the moment I can't use the mic because my friends have to take their headphones off as soon as I start speaking. The Headset is only a couple of months old and it cost me 80 dollars! All I want to know is the issue and how it may have occurred, and if it's my fault or the hardware or software's fault.
  5. I have a wireless void pro headset, and overall for the first couple of week of owning it, it was working perfectly. Then out of the blue it started to randomly disconnect me from in game voice chats. I could hear and talk to people in discord no problem, but I wouldn't be able to talk to people in game nor hear them. I've tried to force update my headset through ICUE, but not luck with it working. This occurs more often then not, and I'm confused and want to know if there's a way to fix this.
  6. So I’ve had my (excellent btw) Corsair Void Pro RGB Headset for a while now, and a few weeks ago the mic just stopped working with my PC. I can hear the audio perfectly well, though. I have done many things such as reinstall the drivers, uninstall iCUE, and even test it on a different device. When playing on the PS4, both audio and microphone work fine. This is a major problem and I need to fix it soon so I can play with my friends and stream. A quick and helpful reply would be great. Thanks.
