Hi all, This is my First post (ever), so if something is wrong or i forgot something, let me know. I have a problem with my fans in my case. when i start up my pc, all the rgb lights light up and all works fine. but when I try to control my rgb on my fans (by for example switching profile), some leds just keep a static light from what it was the first time it lights up. (see attached image). DEBUGGING: I have already tried debugging, and it doesn't seem to be a problem with the led itself (it works fine on startup). i have tried switching the plugs of the fans, but it the same leds don't change. when i try restarting with iCUE (in iCUE>settings>restart iCUE Service), it still stays the way it was. what I think it might be is the commander pro controller. but i am not sure. I don't think it is the fans as they do seem to be able to display the correct color (in the beginning) INFO: iCUE version: Software version 3.14.104 (using latest) Firmware for SPEC-OMEGA RGB: v. 0.7.122 (using latest) Fans: just the standard fans that came with the case (HD RGB Series Fans), nothing changed to the cabling, fans worked fine at first Hope i have provided you with enough information, just ask if more is needed Has anyone else ever come across this problem, or has an idea how to fix it? pls let me know. Sincerely, JokingChicken Attached image shows the fan with the fans rgb turned off in iCUE, but still shows two green leds from the profile displayed before it

Hello. I'm having an odd issue with my six HD LED fans lately. When I go to bed for the night, I turn off all my LEDs as I like it dark but I leave the PC running. Lately when I set the opacity to off for the six HD fans, only one fan will turn off completely, and another turns off all but 2 LEDs, but the remaining 4 fans stay on at full opacity. I've switched the connections multiple times on both the Commander Pro and the Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub with no help. This occurs with both iCue and Link, as it first showed up when I was using Link (prefer it to iCue). I uninstalled Link then installed iCue. The problem went away for a few days using iCue, then reappeared again. I've since uninstalled and reinstalled both programs several times with the same result mentioned above. When the problem started, I reinstalled Windows 10 Pro as a clean install to try and squash the problem plus it was time for a clean reinstall, but this clean install has the same issues. I am also using the latest versions of Link and iCue, and am using iCue again at the moment. Any ideas, please? Thank you.

Up until recently CUE has been running fine when suddenly something wierd was happening. Everytime I choose any profile after a minute or so the lights within the computer (HD Fans and RGB Strips) reset to rainbow effect. After this happens it still says in CUE that I have the profile selected. If I do any modifications to the profile it will switch back to normal before going back to rainbow again. During all this my keyboard (K70 RGB) stays as it should for the profile. So only the lights within the PC reset to rainbow when I choose a profile. Anyone have any idea what I could do?
