  1. Hello, I see from some days than my H115 turn always to ⁓1000 RPM and he is (when i'm not playing) to 36℃ (96,8℉). It was always like that.... The problem is than when i'm in a game, it's going to 43℃ (109,4℉) and going to ⁓2000 RPM.... I watch my CPU and he still to 50℃ (122℉). Maybe I'm worried about nothing but i would to be sure. I don't know if you understand me because i'm bad for english explication but i hope so. I can give you more informations if you need. Thanks you. Best regards, SkayRexX
  2. After installing the liquid cooling to my PC I can not adjust the speed of the fans even using the iCUE software .... I tried to update the firmware and even then the problem was not solved. I need to solve this problem because the fans are set to the maximum RPM and the noise is annoying Additional note: The product is new I have the firmware: 1.00.33 everything is correctly installed I hope someone can help me.
  3. I bought this early 2016. The radiator has formed a hotspot on the end near the tubing when doing simple loads even if my gpu is doing most of the work. It gets worse when my display turns off. It somehow heats up the liquid temp even more yet the fans are still spinning with the temps profile settings. Its not the cpu (less than year old delid 7820x with proper kryonaut application in cold room during winter). I don't have the original packaging and it would be my only cooler so I can't send it out to RMA with all my work in class needing to be done at a consistent rate. So I want to get a new one, so I started looking at the h115i pro and platinum since I don't wanna deal with 120mm fans and the original is slowly discontinuing. Both models are said to have different pumps so I wanted to ask which would technically be better via comparison to mine in terms of pump, noise and cooling with 4 corsair 140ML pro fans in push/pull in a phanteks enthoo luxe?
  4. Recently my H115i has not been responding to icue after a cold boot however it works fine after a restart following a cold boot. My Void headset works fine and is also controlled by icue. The fans still spin however not at the right speed given the temperature and the lights remain at the default white. In addition to this the dashboard displaying temps remains still, not showing any variation. This is an issue with ICUE and not temp sensors on the motherboard or any other part as temps are displayed correctly on other programs such as NZXT Cam and HW monitor. Any help would be much appreciated
  5. After updating windows I noticed that corsair link wasn't showing pump/fan speeds and liquid temperature anymore. In fact, there was no way for me to configure fans at all. It was all missing. I looked up in my device manager and noticed a exclamation in a yellow triangle next to where it lists the h115i device. Apparently I have a code 28, "the drivers for this device are not installed. There are no compatible drivers for this device." I tried updating the drivers but that failed. I was going to try reinstalling corsair link, but I'm afraid of losing my fan profiles. The default quiet, balanced, and performance all have too loud fan speed, and with no way to configure the fans, I'll be stuck in one of those modes. What do I need to do to fix all this? Should I return to the previous version of windows? Will that fix everything? Or is there something I can do without rolling back? Any help will be greatly appreciated :)
