Dear community, Dear @c-attack, @DevBiker, @Corsair Nick, @Corsair Albert, @Greybeard, I'm super frustrated which makes me try different approaches to finally get rid of my issue with iCUE and my Elite Capellix. The issue appears almost every time I use my PC. I'm in contact with Corsair regarding this issue since July 2021 without any fix. Let me make it clear from the start: I love Corsair products and I love iCUE and all its possibilities. From my point of view Corsair provides the best ecosystem (hardware/software) for RGB. This is what made me choose Corsair and made me pay premium. This post has no intention to insult and is purely based on personal experiences, research and facts. My system Hardware ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero (WI-FI) (newest BIOS: 2004) Intel Core i7-9700K 2x Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB (newest Firmware 1.04.28) Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Founders Edition (newest BIOS: Corsair iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX (newest Firmware 2.6.201) 6x Corsair ML140 RGB-PWM (8-LED Fan Series) be quiet! Corsair went silent in most of the topics without providing any more support which makes me think if the issue might be a hardware flaw/general incompatibility. As of now I'm still believing the root cause is a software/driver issue. This completely kills the fun I'm supposed to have with my PC. All my efforts (reseach, support tickets, replacing hardware etc.) already took lots (days!) of my personal time I am providing debug information and logs to Corsairs support for months now without being asked a single question or feedback from their end Corsairs replies were always very generic and high level which gives me the feeling that my problem is not being taken seriously I offered Corsair my help to identify the root cause and to provide more information in order to get the issue sorted together with their experts but I didn't get the impression that my information are being looked into by the right people There have to be low level debugging possibilities to identify the root cause of the issue. And overheating systems due to faulty cooling are a serious issue for cooling solutions. This is my final approach, I'm tired of being quiet about this. Any further help is appreciated.   2. Hi, in my new build i'm using elite cappelix 360 and two 120 ll fans, i'm seeing that fans speed of my LL doesn't work over 900 RPM and 1000 RPM on ML in extreme mode, what Is possible? I should have much RPM? Right? (I'm not using PC hardly for now and the temperatures are low)

  4. Title is self-explanatory. I want to avoid using the core if possible since I already have a node core for my RGB. My motherboard also has two headers for CPU fans (aka the fans on my rad) and a specific AIO pump header. Clearing this question up before i purchase would be appreciated!
  5. So I recently swapped out my old H100i RGB Platinum cooler with an Elite Capellix H100i cooler. My case is a 570X, which of course cam with 3 SP120 RGB LED fans. I later added in another another SP120 RGB LED as a back exhaust fan. I was always able to control the 2 included ml pro fans from the rbg platinum cooler with icue, and would usually just choose a static color to match them with all of the sp fans that i could control with the button on the top of the 570x case. However, with the new Elite Capellix cooler coming with a commander core that I had to use given that it powers the pump, I had to change some things around. I took off the RGB fan hub that came with the 570x, which made the case buttons null for the time being (would like to look into somehow making one a reset button as I have heard it is possible). I connected all of the SP 120 RGB LED fans to the commander core (both power and rgb headers), as well as the ML 120 RGB fans that came with the Capellix. I had looked a decent amount online to see if there would be issues with mixing fans on the commander core, and saw that a firmware update was going to be out in January of this year I believe, so I had the assumption that i could just update icue and all of the fans would be in working order power and LED wise. However, none of the SP 120 fans light up at all no matter what I have tried so far. I did a complete wipe of ICUE and its files and reinstalled. All of the fans show up in ICUE, with the SP 120's running at 100% since they are not PWM which is fine, but at least for the moment the only fans that will light up are the ML's. Is there any fix for this? Or will I just have to purchase different fans or some sort of additional fan hub for these all the work together lighting wise (LNP or CC)? I can also make a diagram of my setup with the commander core, but it's pretty much just 1-1 with each fan header connected to the power and rgb connections of the commander core. Thanks for any help!
  6. I just built my first pc. My CPU is a Ryzen 5 5600x on a Gigabyte B550 Aorus pro motherboard in a Corsair iCue 4000x case. I installed the H100i Elite Capellix cooler and my temps seem a bit high but I'm not sure what is considered "normal" with this cooler as I am new to pc in general. CPU temps: on start up/idle: 33c-43c browsing internet or other small tasks: 40c-50c playing less demanding games (ex. Rocket League): 45c-60c playing demanding games (ex. Cyberpunk): nearly 85c max These temps fluctuate very quickly. My coolant temp (monitored using iCue) hovers between 28c and 35c unless I play something like Cyberpunk or GTA. Then it gradually climbs up to nearly 45c. Are these temps typical for this cooler and if not what can I do to get them lower.
  7. Hi all, I'm making a fresh build with a few Corsair products including the new 4000x RGB and some Vengeance RGB Pro RAM. However I'm unsure about the CPU Cooler to get, and more importantly, what size. Half my parts have arrived and half are still pending. The Case arrives in a couple of days, and I already have the RAM. For the CPU Cooler, I'm either going to get the new Corsair Elite Capellix H100i/H115i, or the Kraken X53/63. Does anyone have any experience with the new 4000x cases? I was going to get a 280mm AIO unit, but this Vengeance ram looks pretty tall, so not sure if it will fit? Any ideas? My preference would be for the 280 for cooling, but don't want to commit if it doesn't fit. The case specs say that if you have tall RAM, go for a 240mm unit, however looking at the pics it's the depth of the units that seem to be a determining factor, and both models (in the case of the Elite) are the same. I think people are only just getting their hands on the new Corsair AIO, but would be great to hear people's thoughts on that vs the Kraken as well.
  8. Hello, I wanted to build myself a new PC but I have a few questions regarding fans, AIO fans and Commander Core. I would buy the Corsair 4000D Airflow with a H100i Elite Capellix which comes with two fans : ML120 RGB that have 8 LEDs (unlike the ML ML120 PRO RGB that have 4 LEDs). As well as 4 SP120 RGB PRO that have 8 LEDs, too (the 3 kit + 1). And this how I would setup all of this : All fans connected to Commander Core (RGB and PWM/DC cable) and the pomp. And connect to my motherboard (ASUS ROG STRIX B550-E). The problem is that after searching on the internet, I don't know if I can connect the SP120 PRO RGB that are DC to the Commander Core and change fan speed and curve. (And from what I've seen all RGB cables can be connected to the Commander Core (since they all have 8 LEDs?). So I could connect the fans to the motherboard but the ASUS ROG STRIX B550-E only has 3 fan headers from what I understand. I could take 4 ML120 RGB PRO (not the same as ML120 RGB that are included with the AIO), but they only have 4 LEDs and apparently Commander Core wouldn't like this (unless there is a firmware update or something. Finally I either have all RGBs working as expected or I can correctly control all my fans. Either I found some wrong info online or you may have a solution for me. I would have like to buy ML120 RGB Elite Capellix individually (those that comes with the AIO) but you can't...
