  1. my pc specs: asus rog stix b450f gaming mobo ryzen 7 3700x nvidia gtx 1060 3gb corsair vengace 16gb ram When i first started up the machine everything seemed to be working fine, fans spinning, rgb lighting and the pump itself was working perfectly. The pc booted up as normal and i installed icue. I ran a firmware update on the device to ensure everything was up to date, but afterwards the device was appearing as "unknown device" with all 6 of my fans flashing red, including the pump. As you can see in the picture below the pump is working just fine and I can also hear it when I turn the system on and off. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing icue, repairing the program itself, removing the core from Bluetooth settings and scanning for any hardware changes, still nothing. Also swapping usb cables from the mobo and checking everything is connected to individual SATA cables, i cant seem to find a solution. The last thing I have done is update the BIOS system and try unplugging the power from the pump. If anyone can help me out here it would be much appreciated !! Daekon.
  2. Is there a way to have one input action start lighting on one or more other devices? For example, one my profiles for my Nightsword RGB mouse, I have a timer action bound to one of thumb buttons. When the timer starts, I'd like to also kick off a lighting animation on my keyboard to visualize the timer. Or even vice versa (press a key on the keyboard, start lighting on the mouse, or any other iCUE device). Is this possible? I feel like I did something like this years ago (in regular CUE), but I can't figure out how to do it now. In certain actions, I can see a Lighting dropdown, but it's completely empty.
  3. Hi, I've connected my new M55 to iCUE 3.18.77 and I'd like to save a black lighting effect profile to the device as the default so it keeps that colour scheme even when iCUE is not running. I can't seem to find the buttons to load/store the profile to the device. Any help? Do I need an older version of the software to do that? If so, is there an official corsair link I could use? Thanks a lot! meph
  4. Hello. I just put together a new computer, specs in my profile. I have an h150i aio on the cpu. I replaced the stock fans with 3 hd120s. The 3 120s are connected to the fan cables from the h150i. The h150i is connected to a sata for power, CPU fan header and the USB is connected to the mobo. I also have the commander pro to which an hd140 rear fan is connected. The USB for that is connected to the mobo right next to the h150i USB. Now, when I load the iCue software, the commander pro shows but the h150i does not. When I run Asus AI Suite3, it shows the aio pump, set to 100% by default. No fans show in AI suite 3 since they're connected to the h150i and commander pro. I tried switching the USB on the mobo between the commander pro and the h150i, but both mono headers seem to be working since the commander pro always shows up in iCue. I looked at other forum posts about this, but none of the solutions mentioned seem to be working. I do not see the device everyone mentions for the h150i in device manager under the USB section. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  5. I'm using the Void Pro RGB Wireless headset. According to iCUE it is on the latest firmware version: v0.15. I am using Windows 10 64-bit. My problem is that after turning the headset off, it remains enabled in the sound & playback settings (both playback and recording). Because the headset speakers and mic are set as the default devices, they hijack any audio input or output despite being turned off. Is this a bug? Is there a fix for it? Or am I doing something wrong with the default device settings? (I've set the headset to default device and default communications device)
  6. Hi, Just wondering if this is normal. (windows 10) When I turn off my void wireless headset, it says powering off etc, and it's not connected in CUE, however, windows still thinks it's connected and it still shows up in the playback devices. Normally, with my old wired usb headset, I would plug it in, and windows would automatically switch to the headset. Then when I unplugged the headset, it would disappear from the playback devices and the monitor speakers would kick back in. With the void, I turn them on, then have to enable them as default device, then when I turn them off, I have to go back into playback devices and set my speakers as the default. This is pretty damn annoying. Any way to change it so that it automatically picks the correct device?
