Hey all, So I recently got a NZXT kraken x73 360mm AIO and I had to do some questionable things to get it mount in a "correct formation" but it makes me a bit nervous. So question is can I top mount it in the crystal 570x ( with or with some mods) or can I front mount it with tubes going down? It definitely look possible but the only worry is then that the tubes may then not be long enough to reach. Please let me know, Thanks

Heyo. I upgraded to the gorgeous 570x case a week ago and hooked everything up no problem. When I went to turn it on for the first time, the LEDs in the fans instantly went out and I smelled a bit of smoke. They still spin but don't light up at all and the controller for them seems to do nothing. Anyone else have this issue or know what went wrong? Also I put in a support ticket 6 days ago and have yet to receive a response...does it usually take this long?! ID is #2000454205

Was wondering if there is a way to get the LL fan series to work with the lighting buttons built into the case. I just bought the case and am looking to change the fans out with LL series ones. Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like the buttons work off of the SP LED fan controller. I noticed there is a HD LED fan controller on the market but I wasn't sure if it would work with the LL series. If it doesn't, do you guys plan on making one for the LL series? It's just it would bug me a little to have this awesome case and have all my fans the LL RGB series fans and have to none working rgb fan buttons on the top because it's compatible. Don't get me wrong I know the bulk of the work would be done through the software with the commander pro and/or pro node but I would still like to be able to skip through a few presets with the buttons on the top when showing off my setup to a friend for example. Or just to be able to skip though a few on the fly. Anyway, I look forward to hearing from someone about it if it is possible and if not, are there plans to in the future? Thanks!;):

Hello, this is my first post :v Anyways, I am planning to get the crystal series 570x. I have an EK custom water loop and was wondering if I was to mount the radiator and fans at the top side of the case, will my 38mm radiator + fans fit if I have the corsair vengeance ram? Rad dimensions: 240mm x 130mm x 38mm (L x W x H)

I know when they first launched there was a lot of people complaining that the psu shroud only covered 2 out of the 3 sides and that they only released a plate later. I have heard mixed comments as to whether they now ship with this plate included to fix this mistake is that true or will i still have to buy the plate separately. I am looking at buying a Crystal 570X RGB in White which comes with 3 sp120's a hub and a button controller What i would like to do is add a 3 pack of the LL120's that comes with a hub as well as a LIGHTING NODE PRO. My main question is will I be able to connect these 2 hubs (one containing 3 sp's and one containing 3 LL's) up to the 2 ports on the LNP and be able to control all of them through the pc's software. (I am aware that I will have to make a custom cable to connect the initial hub due to it being hardwired into the button controller i am just unsure if one LNP can support 2 different types of fan). I will also be getting a H100i Pro and that comes with 2 standard fans but I wasn't sure if those need to go into a hub or if they can just go into the mb
