  1. Howdy, Been using my corsair one i140 (9700K/2080/32GB/480GB M.2 SSD/2TB HDD) for a few years now and I'm here seeking some help/advice on how to resolve this error message/LEDs. When my CPU temp reaches around >50C, the top fan starts to erratically spin very high then stop spinning. Usually when this happens the LEDs on the front of the desk top start flashing red patterns. Looked into the FAQ of what it means, but 'pump failure' or 'driver error' doesn't personally help me much. The LED patterns vary from 1st left blinking red 2nd right, and vice versa which leads me to believe I'm having both errors listed here : https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025312012-CORSAIR-ONE-LED-Error-Conditions-Auto-Detection-of-Pump-Failure-or-Overheating I've been semi-ignoring this issue since I was able to temporarily bypass the annoyance with setting my fans to 'extreme' on iCUE. While on 'default', this error starts to come up consistently. Since summer is approaching though, I think this could be a thermal issue that I should no longer ignore. My first attempt to fix this was to simply clean out the radiators and the top fan. Opened up the desktop and gave it a good blasting of compressed air. Still came across the error instances though with mild pc usage. My second attempt which I will attempt tomorrow is to see if any cable has gone loose. I don't know what else to try, not extremely savvy with how to trouble shoot this pre built beauty. I can provide more info if needed, hoping I'm not the first to ever experience this. I have not done any sort of exploring in the BIOS or updating any sort of driver. Only updates I have done is through the Corsair Diagnostics app that came pre installed. Really hoping for some assistance. Thanks in advance!
  2. Dear Corsair Support or fans I’ve been using my Corsair One Elite for a while now, about one year and a half I’d say, without any major issues that wouldn’t be solved in just a few clicks. But today I’ve encountered one major problem I think. I didn’t use my computer for some time, as I wasn’t home for 3 months or so, when I came back it worked just fine. Today I decided it was time for some hardware checks and also time for new drivers. I did a fast analysis using Corsair Diagnostics and everything seemed fine. Afterwards, I installed the new drivers, but as soon as I did that, both my monitors went of two different colors. I didn’t think much about it at first. After a few seconds they came back normal. After 5/10 mins they became like that again, but now with different colors. Now I started becoming a bit worried and decided to check if someone knew what was going on, but I didn’t actually find what I was looking for. As I could une nor my keyboard nor my mouse, I just shut down the computer clicking the main button. After rebooting it they seemed fine, but then did the same thing again. I tried unplugging and plugging back in the Display Ports, but it caused much more problems. As fast as possibile I tried rebooting it while clicking F8, uninstalled the latest Windows update, and continued, still getting the same problem. I don’t know what it could actually be, I kind of feel like it might be a GPU problem, but I don’t get how it would affect also all the other computer peripherals. Thank you in advance.

I recently bought a Corsair One i140 and after updating windows and installing the necessary drivers I decided to install iCUE to make use of the RGB on the casing. iCUE detects the Corsair One and the RGB effects work fine but after a few minutes or even restarting the PC I constantly hear the USB disconnect notification sound. When this sound occurs, the RGB effects go back to the default settings and the case lights sometime shut off completely. While I'm glad the rest of the PC works (for now) I can't help but be a bit frustrated as to why this would happen to a brand new (expensive) premade PC.

Have been very pleased with my Corsair desktop since its arrived and has worked flawlessly, but on logging in today, every couple of minute's it keeps making the usb device connect and reconnect sound and the case lights flicker on and off. Checked the logs and this is the only information I could find.. Not sure if its an iCue problem as the app is working fine and both software and system are fully updated. Any info would be great!
  5. Hi all, I'm from Singapore, I have purchased 2x Corsair One Pro from AMAZON couple of months back. I try to reinstall the window but this problem persist. I haven't spend much time with this rig as I'm so busy in real life, I'd presume with a price tag like this, I shouldn't have so much of this trouble. I work from 9am-9pm only to spend few hours for gaming each night. I have sent 1080Ti back to Corsair and see what happen this week, hopefully they can fix it. I was so disappointed. [ame]https://vimeo.com/234135379[/ame] Unable to turn on the Ti after reseting PC due to unexpected freezes. https://imgur.com/a/6iNcq (2) With the 1080, the fan is so quiet it's perfect as advertised, but it has a common issue, It freezes every time I play a game, as if it is a blue screen. Fail to mention: every video I play online, like you tube. The fps is always buggy, every time I try to watch video, there are many glitches with the graphics. I'm disappointed because Razer gears and laptop / desktop doesn't do this to me before. This is the Diagnostic Log for my 1080 ver. I will send a ticket to Corsair once the 1080Ti is fixed. but this is just very terrible. It is okay for daily work and office work, but when it comes to games it blue screen out. My other PC I still need it for work, hence I will send back to Corsair for check up after the 1080Ti is back home.
