  1. Hey, I already have the Corsair crystal 570x the amd cpu 5800x and Radeon 6900xt. I don’t know which cooler would be the best. I want to leave the 3 coolers from the Corsair 570x in the front and I don’t know whether i need extra coolers on top or at the back. I am thinking of an AiO. Which one could be good for installing at the top of the case? Am thinking of something from Corsair like h115i. And also the Corsair ll120 for the back. Or isn’t it needed? Are the 3 coolers in front with or without the AiO enough? Also the noctua NH D15 chromaxblack is in my mind but I kinda would like the RGB effect.
  2. Hello all, I am seeking advice on using the Commander Pro to regulate my CPU Temperature. I am using a Corsair H60 liquid cooler. The CPU Pump Tach cable is plugged into the CPU_Fan header on the motherboard, and the radiator fan is plugged into the four pin Sys_Fan1 header on the motherboard. So right now the BIOS is regulating the radiator fan, and keeping the CPU at a fairly constant 37-40C. I am thinking that the ICUE Software with Commander Pro would allow me to keep that temperature lower. I don't do any gaming. This computer has 6 case fans (which includes the radiator fan), power supply fan, and Graphics card fan. Any advice will be sincerely appreciated.
  3. Hi everyone I'm installing my H150i Pro XT and have seen that you can plug it into either the CPU_FAN header or the PUMP_FAN header. My Maximus Hero XI Mobo has both headers as shown here. What would be the difference between the two and is one more advisable than the other? I'm wondering specifically if there is a difference in how I would control the pump and fan speeds and how the BIOS recognises the hardware. Thanks
  4. Hi all I'm a bit confused as to the correct CFM of the iCUE H150i Pro XT. The official product page says max airflow 75 CFM. However it comes with 3 x ML120 fans which are also 75CFM each according to its product page . Does this mean that the overall CFM of the H150i Pro with 3 x ML120s is capped at 75CFM and therefore each fan only running at a third of their capacity?....OR is the total max airflow 3 x 75CFM = 225 CFM? I did email corsair and they said its capped at 75CFM which didn't seem to make sense to me so wanted to double check here what the deal is from those who have experience with this model. Any help much appreciated as I'm trying to work out how to balance my airflow! Thanks
  6. Greetings to all of you, I would like to know if the 1000D supports Thick rads in front like the EK Xe series those 60mm thick radiators in a push-pull configuration. I want to mount two 480mm Xe 60 mm thick rads in front with fans mounted in front and back as I will be using two systems the main being with 4 GPUs and a demanding CPU and will overclocking a bit which will eventually lead to a huge heat output that needs to be dissipated therefore the PP configuration in the only solution to keep the system as silent as possible while being effective. Having in mind that, I will be using two pump-res combos too each one for a system at a time. So is it possible? 60mm thick radiators in a push-pull configuration with 2 pump res too?
  7. I am getting a computer built thought an SI and they told me the corsair MLPro RGB 120mm fans I ordered are not available so they were going to "upgrade" to the iQUE(iCUE?) LL 120 MM, free of charge. The message was from the sales department so maybe that's why they got the lingo wrong. I plan on having these fans and AIO put into a Corsair 275R case. Now to my knowledge, this is all wrong, while the QL and LL have the best lighting, the ML gives excellent performance along with pretty enough lighting and they cost more, right? Seeing as I have corsair peripherals and I know having the same type of fan throughout allows for more coordinated light effects with less headache, my questions in this situation are: 1. Should I decline and opt to wait for the ML fans which I have no issue doing. 2. Is fan mixing as clunky as some people make it out to be? 3. Do the LL fans and the AIO fans get along? 4. Any other knowledge you can impart. I would love any and all advice relating to this and thank you for your help.
  8. hey all, noob here after some advice/help! looking to build my first PC and decided this is the case i want! my only question is could these components fit within the case and actually provide gaming performance cooling together or am i fighting fire with fire? my question is: will a Corsair Hydro Series H150i PRO RGB, 360mm All-In-One Hydro CPU Coolerfit inside the case along with a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Ti AORUS XTREME WATERFORCE either top or bottom fitment for either im not too fussed if they will both fit. ive seen videos where the H150i fits fine but i want some advice that i could get the waterforce fitted in the oposite position? the measurements for them both are (if you need it), AORUS - 240mm Radiator & 2x 120 mm Fan H150i - 360mm Radiator & 3x 120mm Fan now if they WOULD fit, is it a bad idea to have two radiators blocking up two large venting points? or would it be a viable solution for gaming and keeping the GPU and CPU and cool temps? Huge thanks for your Advice and help! cheers. Ollog.
  9. I'm currently finishing gathering information to order all the parts for my build. Goal: Use the following - iCUE H150i RGB Pro XT Liquid CPU Cooler - 9x iCUE QL120 RGB 120mm PWM White Fan - Corsair iCUE Commander PRO ? My intention is to replace the 3 fans that come with the iCUE H150i RGB Pro with 3 iCUE QL120 RGB fans. Meaning I will have 9x QL120 RGBS fans for the build which will come with 3 Lighting Node COREs. Question: How do I control all 9 fans? Through the 3 Lightning Node COREs? Do I need a Corsair iCUE Commander PRO?

    H115i Pro TEMPS

Hello, I built my own pc not to long ago and my idle temps are about 34-36 degrees C but when I did an hour long stress test I found out my Intel Core i5-8600k(not overclocked) was running at about 86 degrees Celsius. I have a Corsair h115i Pro liquid cooling system with 2 140mm fans and I was wondering if these are normal temps. I've mounted the radiator at the front of my case but still behind the case fans, because my case doesn't have the possibility to mount the radiator on top. Can I have 3 case fans and then the radiator behind that and only 1 fan at the back as an exhaust? Or maybe is something wrong with the thermal paste? Please help, Thanks!
  11. Hello, I’m struggling to link the case fans (4 sp120 pro RGB) with my 100i RGB AIO, I understand now that you cant run different fans off one RGB hub (one came with the case) so wanted to know what’s the best way to set it up and what extra hubs or nodes I’ll need to compete the circuit and make all RGB lights sink ? I’ve viewed the fan/cooling and icue FAQ page but couldn’t really find anything clear in the diagrams on how to set mine up. I have 4 sp120 RGB pro fans, 100i RGB Platinum aio pump with 2 ML pro 120 fans and 1 RGB hub that came with the case. Any help is much appreciated
  12. Hi guys I need some assistance. I noticed my fan was making a strange noise so i decided to see what the problem was. I noticed there was a screw missing so could anyone tell me where i can buy a replacement screw? Ive attaached a photo of the said fan Cheers! Dave
  13. so i got my little x58 rig here with a xeon x5675 on a asus p6t SE motherboard. still a awesome system but my current water cooler from Antec does not cut it. if i hit aida64 on stock speeds it instantly hits 86c. (these are temps after delidding and direct die contact) i'm looking for a water cooler (or aircooler. the NH D15 seems tempting) i think the ideal one would be a cooler capable of keeping a 180watt chip cool because the xeon can get quite hot when you start overclocking it i got a define r6 case so in terms of air/water coolers there is pretty much no limit to what you can put in. my current water cooler is a Antec mecury 360 . the corsair 150i pro seems like a nice cooler but i've also seen the eisbaer lt360 wich keeps a 8700k at 5ghz about 20c cooler than my current cooler the chip i currently got in my motherboard is binned for around 4.8 to 5.0 ghz excuse me for my rather noob qeustion about this. i havent really dove into overclocking and water cooling alot since it used to be very uncomfy area for me. also no i'm not looking into making a custom loop thats way out of my comfort zone thank you alot in advance for all the tips
