  1. I have the spec delta rgb mid tower case and I was wondering if it was possible to take the covering of the front fans on the outside and swap it with one from a different corsair case. I'm asking this because would rather not have to go through the trouble of taking out all my pc parts and putting them in a new case for better airflow. Any advice is helpful.
  2. Hi all, I am about to purchase the items needed for my first build. For CPU cooling i've chosen the H115i ELITE CAPELLIX. They come with two 140mm ML RGB fans. Because they're ML fans, do I have to choose ML fans for compatibility / desired effect as my case fans, or can I also choose LL-fans for more lighting effects? EDIT: The SP120 Elite fans come with a 4-pin PMW connection from what I can see. Is the only difference there in the amount of leds? Budgetwise (overspending on GPU/CPU) I'd prefer to put the SP120 in there, instead of the LL120. Still the same question, because my top mounted AIO fans will be the ML140. Planning to top-mount the radiator, to have three 120mm fans as front intake, and 1 120mm fan as rear exhaust. Case: Corsair 5000d airflow. The AIO comes with a Corsair hub. besides that, the 5000d comes with a hub attached to the chassis. Help is welcome! Regards, Khonen
  3. My top priority is Low-Noise so thinking of getting an H100i RGB PLATINUM AIO cooler and all ML fans. Not wanting to deal with CoPro and Hubs, and NodePros... I just want a case that has it all... but want ML fans :). Ok I guess that's not going to happen but just thought I'd ask. While I have your attention: Should the case fans be connected to the mobo or the Commander Pro? Which would control as a function of temp?? Zotty's post shows the fans hooked up to some PWM-repeater small circuit board but I'm not sure what that is. The Corsair carbide 678c 6-port pwm repeater is out of stock... I can see how it would make sense to have all fan speeds controlled by the same "controller" to help with push/pull. I'm not overclocking... or gaming for that matter (sorry guys)... so maybe I don't need that many fans? (noise)? Sorry for all the questions :) MSI Z390 MEG ACE, i7-9900K, WX 5100, Thanks, -Ed
  4. So I'm planning to use a Corsair Crystal 570x and planning to grab a H150i pro cooler. What I plan to do is to remove all of the fans that come with the case and the H150i Pro and replace them all with the LL120's, for a total of 6 LL120's. I have 2 LL120's at home without the lighting node pro. My question is, if I bought a 3 Pack of LL120's (which include the lighting node pro kit) and a single LL120, would there be enough capacity on the lighting node pro to handle 6 LL120's? Also, since I am not using the included SP120's that come with the case, would I have to remove the included RGB hub, or can I still use it in that case without the SP120's? One last question, where would I plug in the 6 fans? I plan on using a ROG STRIX B450-F motherboard that comes with 3 chassis fan connectors, so I'm not sure how I would hook up all 6 fans to the motherboard. Thanks!
  5. So I just got my 570x Mirror Case I see in the 4th hub it’s the logos rgb I’m wanting to remove all SP RGB fans and add all LL fans but I have no idea how will it work I only have a lighting node pro experience and that was difficult to install the first time this is what I have that’s going in the case 4 LL120 Fans 2 LL140 Fans 1 H150i (3 LL120 Fans on this) 1 Lightning Node Pro 1 Commander Pro (just bought it looked like I needed it) Yes I did buy the 3 pack LL120 with controller the rest are all single fans. Sorry if this is the wrong post section also another thing is it okay to use these fans for a radiator?
  6. I am building a gaming pc. CPU - i7-8700 (non K) CPU-C - Noctua Processor - NH-D15S Case - Cooler Master Maker 5t PSU - Corsair RM650X RAM - Vengeance 16GB DDR4 3200MHz 2x8 (thanks for corsair LP :)) Mobo - ASUS MAXIMUS X HERO GPU - Asus ROG Strix GTX 1070 Ti Gaming Advanced (vertically mounted) I plan on putting Corsair case fans; - x3 fans to front (intake) (when I mount DVD rom I go for x2 fans as intake) - x2 fans to top (exhaust) -x1 fan at rear (exhaust) I like to mount LED RGB 120/140 I will check the local price where I live and try to buy RGB fans. If its bit expensive then I go for non LED. Would you recommend me which RGB/non RGB fans best for CM Maker 5t case? Also I like to control the fans speed by software (which PWM fans to go?) Better cooling performance/ not much noise are important for me. cany anyone help me with this?!
  7. Hello, I am looking to replace the 2 front case fans(140mm x 25mm 3 pin female connection) since the bearings are going out. Does anyone have any recommendations weather on newegg or the Corsair site? I am looking at Noctua NF-A14 PWM chromax.black.swap premium-grade quiet 140mm fan(item# 9SIAADY6HZ2209); Corsair CO-9050034-WW Air Series SP140 140mm Red LED High Static Pressure Case Fan (item# 9SIA1K63UR1475) or any other recommendations for case fans that is 140mm. Or if there are recommendations on 4pins (adapters as well). This would be really helpful.
