I recently picked up the corsair HS50 Pro Wireless headset and installed the iCUE program and I cant for the life of me get it to sound like my other headset did for warzone, footsteps are getting blended in with the horrific sound of enemy gunfire and teammates too, it just sound like a cheap headset and I would really like to figure out how to fix it as it cost me a pretty penny, the only preset that i have had a little bit of success with was the default "pure direct" setting, but even then i don't even hear the footsteps until they are right beside me or I'm dead, also the static noise and hissing that this headset produces is awful, i will probably get another headset if this persists and i cant find a good balance for audio.
I purchased a Corsair One a few months ago. The i140. I keep getting blue screens. Ran some tests and found it to be either bad ram or bad ram mount. I put a ticket on the support site and somebody responded asking for my serial number and proof of purchase and address. I gave them that and now are silent. Everytime I call nobody answers. I was on hold for over an hour. What should I do? #2000740836 - Ticket number
Hello community, I just tested the top-lightning-bar on the K95 Platinum in iCue: The bar has 19 individual segments: In iCue the tenth (i count from the left) section is exactly in the middle of the keyboard, in the middle of the "Corsair" logo and on the same position like the keyboard-cable. In reality, this segment is on the right side, not in the middle! Its the right part of the Corsair-Logo and its right from the cable. Why do you show this in iCue in the middle of the keyboard when it is on the right side of the middle in reality? My Keyborad has no "middle" segment, the middle is exactly between section 9 and 10. Is this failure part of every K95 Platinum/iCue or is my model broken? Other things I can not accept: When I give every section of the top-bar a static color, for exemple section 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19 all red section 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17 all green and section 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 all blue Then the red section on the far left ist way bigger than the red section on the far right, its nearly double the lengh! The "middle" section (number 10) is by far not red, its some kind of dirty brown or dark yellow, but not red. Every other "red" on the top-bar is clearly red, only this single section looks completley wrong. And to make it complete: Section 5 and 18 are not green but turquoise and section 5 is clearly darker than every other section! To all the Platinum-Users: Can you replicate this problems? Do you think this is acceptable for one of the most expensive keyborads on the market and a software that had more than a few updates in the last few years? Please let me know, I'm curious for your answers.
About a month ago I picked up the Carbon Corsair Void Wireless RGB from my local BestBuy. The first week was amazing with no trouble. Though recently I have had serious issues with the headset cutting out and randomly beeping. The headset will also always only blink red no matter if I change the colors in CUE. (I have only one profile) I had it plugged straight into the motherboard for the first few weeks. Then the issue started, me thinking it was connectivity made the dongle more visible and plugged it into the Anker 4 port usb data hub on my desk. Which is about 2 feet in front of me in open air. So there is nothing in between the connection to cause a disruption. I also have no other wireless devices which would interfere with the connection. I have my headset on charge most of the time so it is almost never dead. I have already attempted re-pairing the headset many times using a paper clip. (PC specs are uploaded) Any help or recommendations are appreciated, Thank you.
