  1. Hey, I just purchased a kit of 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200MHz kit and they work wonderfully on my Aorus B450 PRO with XMP enabled. However, the lights are stuck on the rainbow cycle profile and I cannot seem to be able to change them neither in iCUE or RGB Fusion software. When I open iCUE it detects one stick only and when I try changing the lighting nothing happens. Running latest version of iCUE at the moment, also flashed to the latest BIOS version. Is there a fix for this?
  2. Hi there i asked for some support from gigabyte and by the looks of it Gigabyte want to work with Corsair any Corsair representative got any update on this? Below is my chat support with them.
  3. Hey everyone, I am slowly stockpiling parts for my first custom build, and have more or less settled for Corsair for the case and AIO. I have Gigabyte Aorus Pro Wifi, and Trident Z 8G x 2, and want to get the H100i RGB PLATINUM SE for the CPU cooler (i want to go for a mainly white build). however the more i read online, the more it seems top mounting the AIO will be difficult at best, and possibly not possible on certain cases. Can anyone help me confirm if the Corsair Crystal Series 570X will be able to fit my parts with the AIO up top? i'd really like to avoid mounting it on the front if possible. Thank you!
  4. Installed my new Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro motherboard into my new Corsair Carbide 275R case. I put in the mounting screws in the six (maybe 8? not at home) standoffs around the edge. But there is one odd standoff (?) in the middle of the mobo near the memory. I'll try to attach a pic showing a normal standoff near the edge and this one near the memory that will not support a screw. Did I do something wrong or was I supposed to install something in that spot prior to mounting the mobo? Thanks!
  5. I understand cue is eol, but I don't use rgb, have only the scimitar rgb(i turn off the lights because my hands are sweaty enough) for icue/cue to control and would rather stay away from the monitoring/system overhead that is included in icue if there could be an issue with it. So install cue 2.x and don't be concerned(had been using cue 1.x with no issues on my previous machine), or install icue 3.6? does icue offer any addtl benefit other than rgb and fan monitoring(my aorus z370 MB controls both noctua d15 fans and 5 case fans)? Can icue's monitoring be completely disabled? thanks in advance.
